Objective:To investigate the relationship between lipoprotein(a)[LP (a)] and the severity degree of coronary atherosclerosis. Methods:We detected the serum LP (a) level of healthy people and patients with coronary heart disease, defined the severity degree of coronary atherosclerosis by the Gensini score, and then analyzed the relationship by two bivariate correlation analysis. Results:The LP (a) level of coronary heart disease group (200.76±83.68mg/L) was significiatly higher than the healthy group (142.45±63.56mg/L),and the LP (a) level of coronary heart disease group was significantly correlated with the Gensini score (Pearson=0.383, P=1.014).Conclusion:The LP(a) was a risk factor for coronary heart disease, and the level of LP(a) was significantly correlated with the severity degree of coronary atherosclerosis. |
