Study On The Dietary Management Of Nurseries In Chengguan District Of Lanzhou

Objectives:Investigating the diet administration and current operating situation of kindergartens in Chengguan District of Lanzhou City, analyzing the influencing factors of it, to provide reference for the further conducting of standard management.Methods:Consulting the<standard of health care in kindergartens>, refer to the spatial distribution of kindergartens, having supporting institution and institution property or not, to design<diet administration of kindergartens in Chengguan District of Lanzhou City and KAP questionnaire>. By means of Proportion allocation in stratified random sampling, carrying out questionnaire survey to122kindergarten directors of all266and making spot check of relevant work documentation, summarizing and analyzing data.Results:Comparing the requirements of national standard with the diet administration of kindergartens in Chengguan District of Lanzhou City, there’s a gap, and greater disparity in different level kindergartens, level-one kindergartens have a obviously higher percent of pass than level-two and level-three, the difference in diet operating situation grading is obvious, the grades of level-one, level-two and level-three are2.64,2.45,2.32, after using variance analysis, there exist statistical difference between them (p<0.01), otherwise, there’s also extremely difference between the same level kindergartens. Analyzing the influencing factors of it, primarily relating with the property of kindergartens, profession and educational background of administrators, health-care doctor full-time or not.Conclusions:Kindergartens in Chengguan District of Lanzhou City can not come up to national standard completely. Among them, level-one kindergartens owns better hardware configuration, but needs further management in administrators’professional knowledge and behaviour, level-two and level-three kindergartens are mainl private and enslaved to source of students, national supportive policy. This shall need government, communities to work together for a further conducting of standard management in overall arrangement of kindergartens, access standard, daily control, selection, etc.
