Background:nursery institution is the main gathering place of pre-schoolchildren, and this age children are in growth stage. The physiological functions of thebody organs and systems are not perfect, and the body’s immune function is low.Self-protection awareness is not strong. Because of group living in close contact witheach other, the children are extremely easy to infect infectious disease by the virusand bacteria, and once infectious case appears, which is easy to cause outbreaks andepidemics. Preventive disinfection work is one of the important measures for theprevention and control of various infectious diseases and food poisoning. In recentyears, hand-foot-and-mouth disease and influenza are epidemic in partial nurseryinstitution of our country. Therefore the situation of prevention and control is severe,and the task is heavy. The preventive disinfection of nursery institution has begun toattract extensive attention of prevention and control personnel.Objective: In order to fully understand disinfection status of the nurseryinstitution in the north new district of Shenyang, to provide technical guidance fornursery institution, and to give a scientific basis for the control and reduction of theincidence and prevalence of various infectious diseases.Methods:the disinfection quality monitoring results of the nursery institutionwere analyzed In the north new district of Shenyang in2012.Results:(1)the monitoring area sampling nurseries in80units, units ofqualified52, the monitoring unit total qualified rate was65%, the qualified rate is low,more attention should be paid.(2) in3kindergartens difference exists in publickindergartens, monitoring results better than individual kindergartens.(3) childcareinstitutions housing set single body floor monitoring effect is obviously better than theonly body building; room and lounge area separated from the monitoring effect of details in undivided; large-scale kindergartens monitoring effect the details in a smallscale childcare institutions; professional childcare institutions monitoring effect isobvious better than no professionals in kindergartens; training kindergartendisinfection effect is obviously better than that did not participate in the trainingkindergarten; kindergarten kindergarten nurseries in long time work better in a shorttime kindergartens; equipment complete documents and certificates of young bodiesto monitor drug topiramate is obviously better than the documents are not completeand without certificates nurseries.Conclusion: Nurseries in nature, housing settings, partition function, size,professionals, training, director in the childcare work time, the ultraviolet lamp devicecertificates, certificates are drug effect to Shenyang city Shenbei New Area preventivedisinfection in nurseries and kindergartens of effect factors...
