Objective:In primary hypertensive patients with1~2level as the research object,by analyzing urinary microalbumin levels, blood urea nitrogen, creatinine,Cystatin C and echocardiographic data, to provide theoretical basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods:We performed a retrospective analysis of70hypertensive patients who underwent biochemical investigations and echocardiography. And normal group65examples. The clinical, biochemical, echocardiographic data were compared between the two groups.Results:1. There were no differences between the two groups in the levels of clinical background factors,(P>0.05).2. No significant differences were observed in BUN and Cr in the two groups (P>0.05), But the urinary microalbumin levels in the hypertensive group was significantly higher than that of the normal group (4.12±1.06vs3.99±0.96),(P<0.05). And there were differences between the two groups in the levels of CysC (P<0.05).3. The aortic dimension(AoD) were higher in the hypertensive group compared to the normal group (31.13±6.02vs27.52±4.20),(P<0.05).4. The left ventricular internal diameter at end-diastole and left ventricular internal diameter at end-systole in the hypertensive group was significantly higher than that of the normal group,(52.2±8.7vs48.7±7.2),(39.4±8.2vs36.5±6.7), and the ejection fraction was lower in the hypertensive group compared to the normal group (49.6±11.3vs55.5±12.1),(all P<0.05).Conclusion:The joint detection of many indicators in hypertensive nephropathy early diagnosis revealed advantages of high positive rate and time saving procedure,it is quick, simple and noninvasive ways to reduce misdiagnosis effectively. With the early detection and treatment,we can prevent the further development of hypertensive renal damage, and improve the quality of life in hypertensive patients.
