Objective:This experiment studied the different expression of pS53(phosphorylation of serine53of Weel) and pS642(phosphorylation of serine642of Weel)in cervical carcinoma tissue before and after the arterial chemoembolization,and discuss the clinical curative effect and significance.Methods:Samples from40cases of normal cervix,50cases of cervical cancer with stage ⅠB~ⅡB,which included tissues before and after the arterial chemoembolization, and detect the expression of pS53and pS642through immunohistochemical method,besides,their relations between the change of them and clinical efficiency were analyzed.Results:(1)In normal cervical tissues,the positive rates of the expression of pS53and pS642were15%,40%. In cervical cancer tissue, the positive rates of the expression of pS53and pS642were84%,92%.In cervical cancer tissue pS53and pS642expression were higher than the expression in normal cervical tissue significantly(χ2=42.5,28.1, P<0.01).(2)In cervical cancer tissue before the arterial chemoembolization with different clinical stages and tissue differentiation pS53and pS642expression were higher than the expression in normal cervical tissue significantly(P<0.01).(3)After the arterial chemoembolization, the positive rates of the expression of pS53and pS642were44%,52%, decreased than before significantly(χ2=17.36,19.84, P<0.01).(4)The expression of pS53and pS642before and After the arterial chemoembolization were significantly negative correlated with the effect of chemotherapy.The effect was more significant when it decreased more significantly(r=-0.328,-0.456,p<0.05).Conclusion:(1)The abnormal activation and high expression of pS53and pS642in cervical carcinoma tissue were closely related to the occurrence and development of cervical carcinoma.(2)The deactivation and lower expression of pS53and pS642in cervical carcinoma tissue after the arterial chemoembolization were significantly negative correlated with the effect of chemotherapy.So the detection of them can become an important indicator in clinical treatment prognostic.
