Objective:Based on the literature research contents are discussed in the treatment for non small cell lung cancer in Western and Chinese medicine. Experimental study:composite Shougong powder has been in Anhui Province Hospital of TCMoncology clinical use for many years, prescription mainly to ginseng,sanchi,Polygonummultiflorum, gecko, myrrh, borneol, plum and components, the whole Party played a total of Fuzheng poison attack, Qi Sanjie, removing blood stasis and relieving pain. This experiment mainly study the effect of compound Shougong powder for Lewis lung cancer in mice of VEGF, MVD, P73, to explore the mechanism of antitumor compound Shougong powder.Experimentalmethods:1.Drug preparation: ginseng, three seven, Polygon multiform, gecko, myrrh, borneol, plum, mill powder, eightymesh sieving standby. Doses divided into high dose group, according to the equivalent dose conversion method between animal and human body are:4mg/kg/d,2mg/kg/d,1mg/kg/.Formulated with0.9%saline before gastric perfusion.2.Cell culture: the frozen pipe in the Lewis lung cancer cells, cultured in highglucoseDMEM containing10%fetal bovine serum,1000000units of penicillin, streptomycin medium100ug,37℃,5%CO2cultured in liquid, after2-3days,the cells grew to about80%were. In3C57BL mice inoculated with right axillary subcutaneous,mice were sacrificed at10days, the tumor growth of body good, cut andhomogenized with physiological saline, made into single cell suspension, adjust the cell concentration of1×107/ml, take40C57BL mice, each mouse right axillary subcutaneous inoculation of0.2ml cells suspension. 3.Measurement of tumor size before and after the experiment, Expressed respectively by A and B, the calculation formula for the volume of tumor:1/2×a×b2.4.The expression level of VEFG, MVD were determined usingimmunitiestochemistry, P73protein method.Results:(1) Relative tumor volume(RTV) of composite Shougong powder middle and high dose group were significantly lower than that of control group (P<0.05).theT/C of composite Shougong powder low, middle and high does group were:69.630%,29.880%,39.347%, did not show obvious dose effect relationship.(2)The expression of composite Shougong powder low, middle and high dose group could inhibit theVEGF, reduced MVD.(3) Composite Shougong powder expression induced byP73high school low dose group compared to the control group failed to reflect the advantage (P<0.05).Conclusion:1, Composite Shougong powder can inhibit the growth of tumor, its mechanism may be inhibition of tumor tissue VEGF expression, decreased MVD, so as to achieve the purpose of inhibiting tumor growth..2, The composite Shougong powder induced P73expression failed to reflect theadvantage.3, For the clinical use of composite Shougong powder in the treatment of malignant tumor provides experimental basis.
