Composite Shougong Powder Effect On Lung Adenocarcinoma Cell Lines A549 About Growth Inhibition And Apoptosis

The purpose :To observe the effects of compound Shougong powder for lung adenocarcinoma cell lines A549 to exploreits mechanism of action.Methods:The experimental group(the concentration was 1.25g/ml low dose group,2.50g/ml high dose group)and the control group and the western drup DDP group.In the experiment(1)Using an inverted microscope to observe the effects of CSP on A549 cell morphology and proliferation;(2)Using MTT to detect the effect of CSP on the growth inhibition of A549 cells;(3)The effect of cell cycle and apoptosis of the A549 cell line was detected by the method of flow cytometry.Results:(1)After the CSP treatment,the growth of the A549 cells in the lung adenocatcinoma was singnificantly suppressed,and the A549 cells appeared to be shriveled an reduced significantly.(2)The CSP can significantly inhibit the growth of A549 cells and increase the incidence of the tumor as the drug congcentration increase.(3)The results showed that the CSP could block A549 cells from the G2/M,and increse the number of apoptosis with increased drug concentration.Conclusion:CSP has a inhibitory effect on A549 cell lines,which is dependent on drug concentration and duration;The CSP can block A549 cell from the G2/M and induce apoptosis.
