Objectives:Through the correlation of infantile pneumonia patients with TCM syndrome type distribution and seasonal factors, grasp and understanding of Hefei and its surrounding areas of pediatric pneumonia in spring, summer, autumn and winter seasons the characteristics of TCM syndrome type distribution, classification and diagnostic criteria for the justification of pneumonia in children with type provides the theory basis of unified specification, thus more conducive to the clinician to establish an objective and comprehensive system of dialectical, and for infantile pneumonia in different seasons, the card type distribution of different characteristics, different treatment scheme is put forward, realize the doctor of traditional Chinese medicine, and position in time, they intend treatment based on the dialectical thought. Methods:The reference of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine clinical diagnostic criteria, selected the region to meet the requirements of clinical experiment pediatric patients with pneumonia, and according to the four seasons spring, summer, autumn, winter into infantile pneumonia of spring group, summer group, autumn group and winter group, using clinical epidemiological DME (Design, Measurement and Evaluation in Medical Research) method, correlation analysis and contrast TCM Syndromes of four groups of children with pneumonia, explore the relationship between TCM Syndrome Type of pediatric pneumonia distribution characteristics and seasonal. Results:This study collected clinical experiments with standard pediatric pneumonia patients in228cases, of which74pneumonia patients in spring group, and29in summer group, and38in autumn, and87cases of pneumonia in children with winter group, there was statistical significance between the four groups of children with pneumonia were compared (P<0.05), and the difference in the spring and winter seasons with pneumonia incidence of pneumonia in children with round70.6%of the total cases, shows that the children pneumonia occurs in winter and spring. Different seasons of infantile pneumonia TCM syndrome type distribution and each has its own characteristics:the spring group with pneumonia wind heat blocking the lung syndrome38cases, accounting for51.35%; phlegm heat closed lungs in15cases, accounting for the total number of phlegm heat closed lungs for46.87%seasons, the results showed spring TCM syndrome in children with pneumonia type distribution wind heat syndrome in the lung, phlegm heat closed pulmonary syndrome. Summer pneumonia in29cases, including12cases of wind heat blocking the lung syndrome, phlegm heat closed lungs in6cases, accounting for62.07%of the total number of summer with pneumonia, indicating that the pneumonia incidence rate than other season reduced, but it is still in wind heat blocking the lung syndrome and phlegm heat closed lungs most. The fall of pneumonia in38cases, of which11cases of wind heat blocking the lung syndrome, accounted for28.5%; secondly, phlegm heat closed lungs in7cases, accounting for18.42%; and this season Yin deficiency syndrome of lung heat in6cases, accounting for42.86%of the total lung heat syndrome of yin deficiency of four seasons, results showed that in the autumn of TCM syndrome type distribution in children with pneumonia to wind heat blocking the lung syndrome, phlegm heat closed lungs and Yin deficiency syndrome of lung heat more common. While the winter pneumonia in87cases, including40cases of wind heat blocking the lung syndrome, accounted for45.98%; the second cold shuts the lung syndrome22cases, accounting for the total number of cold shuts the lung syndrome56.41%; cold and heat syndrome in10cases, accounting for41.67%of the total number of seasons of cold and heat syndrome; lung and spleen qi deficiency syndrome in6cases, accounting for the total number of seasons42.86%in lung and spleen qi deficiency syndrome, it shows in the winter, TCM syndrome type distribution in children with pneumonia by wind heat blocking the lung syndrome, cold shuts the lung syndrome, cold and heat syndrome and lung and spleen qi deficiency syndrome most.Conclusion:1.TCM syndrome in children with pneumonia in unevenly distributed throughout the year, its advantage card for wind heat blocking the lung syndrome (accounted for pneumonia in children with TCM syndrome type44.3%).2.Incidence of the season and the first day of TCM syndrome type distribution associated pneumonia (P<0.05), in different seasons, pediatric pneumonia syndrome distribution and each has its own characteristics.
