Significance And Expression Of CK And TS In Sinonasal Inverted Papillomas

Objective：To research the significance and expression of cytokeratin with thymidylatesynthase in sinonasal inverted papillomas from protein level.Methods：Taking pathological sections of68patients who accepted surgical treatmentand verified by HE stain pathological diagnosis and met the standard in the secondaffiliated of Dalian medical university from February2002to May2013(numbered inan order of admission), according to the development of the disease, divide them intofive groups: sinonasal inflammation with the trend of SNIP,SNIP,SNIP with activityproliferation cells, severe atypical hyperplasia of SNIP, aquamous carcinoma.Improving and selecting the best antigen retrieval, using the Image-Pro Plus7.0Imageanalyzer and taking randomized double-blind experimantal method to makeimmunohistochemistry experiment towards68pathological sections under the sameexternal environment and measure the average standard optical density ofimmunohistochemistry staning section.Results：Expression of CK in different groups: the total trend rises together with thenature of carcinoma and intension of epitheliosis. The average SOD of SNIP is higherthan sinonasal inflammation with the trend of SNIP，the difference of the two groupshas statistically significance（F=0.720， P=0.001）；the average SOD of SNIP withactivity proliferation cells is higher than SNIP，the difference of the two groups hasstatistically significance（F=8.284，P=0.043）；the average SOD of severe atypicalhyperplasia of SNIP higher than SNIP with activity proliferation cells，the difference ofthe two groups has statistically significance（F=3.959，P=0.047）；the average SODof aquamous carcinoma is higher than severe atypical hyperplasia of SNIP，thedifference of the two groups has statistically significance（F=5.298， P=0.001）；The average SOD of low differentiated aquamous carcinoma is higher than highdifferentiated aquamous carcinoma, the difference of the two groups has statisticallysignificance（F=3.573， P=0.047）； average SOD comparision of severe atypicalhyperplasia of SNIP and high differentiated aquamous carcinoma is no statisticallysignificance（F=9.109，P=0.096）；the average SOD of low differentiated aquamouscarcinoma is higher than severe atypical hyperplasia of SNIP, the difference of the twogroups had statistically significance (F=5.688， P=0.001).2、 Expression of TS indifferent groups: the total trend rises together with the nature of carcinoma andintension of hyperplasia cells. The average SOD of SNIP is higher than sinonasalinflammation with the trend of SNIP，the difference of the two groups has statisticallysignificance（F=5.580， P=0.001）； the average SOD of SNIP with activityproliferation cells is higher than SNIP，the difference of the two groups has statistically significance（F=4.4729，P=0.016）；the average SOD of severe atypical hyperplasiaof SNIP is higher than SNIP with activity proliferation cells，the difference of the twogroups has statistically significance（F=1.718， P=0.001）； the average SODcomparision of aquamous carcinoma and severe atypical hyperplasia of SNIP is nostatistically difference（F=3.139，P=0.306）；the average SOD comparision of lowdifferentiated aquamous carcinoma and high differentiated aquamous carcinoma is nostatistically difference（F=0.316，P=0.270）；the average SOD comparision of severeatypical hyperplasia of SNIP and high differentiated aquamous carcinoma is nostatistically difference（F=2.531，P=0.814）；the average SOD comparision of severeatypical hyperplasia of SNIP and low differentiated aquamous carcinoma is nostatistically difference（F=1.775，P=0.108).3、After improving the experimantalmethod,the expression of CK is evidently stronger than using traditional.Conclusion:1、The lower differentiated degree of SNIP, the closer to aquamous carcinoma, thehigher strength of CK expression and it hints probability of recurrence and malignanttransformation may increase,which support subsequence of the disease developemnt.2、The positive expression degree of TS is related to proliferation and recurrence oftumour. The more stronger ability of proliferation, the higher strength of TS expression,which hints the chance of recurrence increased and poor prognosis.3、Different indicators, best repair condition is different,using high temperature andpressure EDTA antigen retrieval solution can achieve the ideal staining results.
