| Objective: The topics to young for the study of femoral neck fracture,discussing therole of autologous bone marrow mesenchymal cells combined with the jieguyao pill tothe femoral neck fracture healing and preventing femoral head necrosis in young, forthe clinical treatment of femoral neck fractures young to provide effective treatment.Methods：Wenden collected osteopathic hospital outpatients and young articularfemoral neck fractures in90patients met the inclusion criteria.Dividing into autologousbone marrow mesenchymal cells group (group A) and jieguyao pill group (group B) andbone marrow mesenchymal cells combined with the jieguyao pill group(group C), theaverage30cases each.10months after the fracture failed to achieve the ends of bonefracture connection, X-ray showed the fracture canal closed stump swelling increases,the fracture site clearance and other conditions that increase the diagnosis of nonunion.For cases of fracture healing regularly underwent MRI to assess the ipsilateral femoralhead necrosis. And with reference to the standard hip score (Harris scoring criteria) forthe three groups of patients assessed for efficacy, respectively, three groups of patientsdata were statistically analyzed.Results: In this study, a total of90cases of clinical cases were followed up for one year.Nonunion cases appear to date nonunion was diagnosed with end of follow-up time.After statistical analysis results: C group of patients with nonunion rate wassignificantly lower in group A and group B; group C patients with avascular necrosisrate is lower than in group A and group B; group C patients with hip score the fine ishigher than in group A and group B.Conclusion: Studies have shown that autologous bone marrow mesenchymal cellscombined treatment of jieguyao pills too young to better promote the femoral neckfracture healing of femoral neck fracture, effectively reduce the incidence of avascularnecrosis rate, postoperative hip function recovery is also a very good role in promoting. |
