Objective:Discussing the role of the jieguyao pill combined with autologous bone marrow mesenchymal cells to the femoral neck fracture healing and preventing femoral head necrosis Methods:Collecting120cases corresponding the standard seeing a doctor in the joints department of the hospital.Dividing into jieguyao pill group (group A) and autologous bone marrow mesenchymal cells group (group B) and the jieguyao pill combined with bone marrow mesenchymal cells group(group C),40cases in each group.Observing fracture healing periodically taking X-ray,and assessing the situation of femoral head necrosis to the case of fracture healing through taking periodically Magnetic resonance imaging(MRI).Conducting efficacy evaluation for three groups of patients following the standard of hip joint function score (Harris score),and conducting respectively statistical analysis to the date of three groups of cases. Results:Three groups were120cases;a case of group A didn’t review back to hospital after leaving hospital;a case of group C lost follow-up6months after surgery because of going abroad. The follow-up time of other cases were8to12months. Having7cases in group A appeared fracture nonunion,and9cases appeared femoral head necrosis.Having4cases in group B appeared fracture nonunion,and2case appeared femoral head necrosis. All cases in group C were fracture healing, and didn’t appear femoral head necrosis during the follow-up period.Through statistical analysis, the fracture healing rate of group C were significantly lower than group A and group B,and the femoral head necrosis rate were lower than group A.The group c of the hip joint function score and the rate of excellence of three groups during the follow-up period through statistical analysis were significantly higher than that of group A and group B.Conclusion:This study suggests that the jieguyao pill combined with autologous bone marrow mesenchymal cells can better promote the healing of femoral neck fracture and reduce the rate of femoral head necrosis, and recover the function of the ill hip. |
