Purpose:Comparing the expression of ER,PR,HER2and Ki-67before and after neo—adjuvant Chemetherapy In breast Cancer.Investigate the relationship between the change and efficacy of neo—adjuvant Chemetherapy In breast Cancer.Materials and methods:From October12007to December312012, do a retrospective analysis of108breast cancer patients treated with neo-adjuvant Chemetherapy. All of them were patients of yuncheng Central Hospital.They were all women,IIA-IIIC breast cancer.ALL the patients have done histopathological diagnosis before neo—adjuvant Chemetherapy.Adequate tissue sample were got in the way of core needle biopsy.The expression pattern of ER,PR,HER2and Ki-67was analyzed in the same way of immunohistochemical examination in primary.core needle biopsy and surgical specimen.Investigate the relationship between the change and efficacy of neo—adjuvant Chemetherapy in breast cancer.Provide reference for clinical treatment.Results:In this study on108cases of breast cancer,we found that the total effective rate of neo—adjuvant Chemetherapy was79.63%(86/108).Among them,pCR,CR,PR,SD were5.56%(6/108),11.11%(12/108),62.96%(68/108),20.37%(22/108) respectively.No progressed case was found.The rates of ER,PR,HER2,Ki-67expressive change were14.71%(15/102),19.39%(19/98),9.80%(10/102),30.43%(28/92)respectively.The efficacy of neo—adjuvant Chemetherapy in breast cancer was associated with those changes,in addition to HER2’s.Conclusion:After neo—adjuvant Chemetherapy in breast cancer,the ER,PR,HER2and Ki-67expressions show significant changes.Through the analysis of this study’s data,ER,PR and Ki-67would predict the curative effects of neo—adjuvant Chemetherapy.Conversely,the expressive change of HER2and the effects of neo—adjuvant Chemetherapy in breast cancer was not related.
