Connective Tissue Diseases Starting From Interstitial Lung Disease:a Case Report And A Review Of The Literature

Objective:To improve the acquaintance of Connective tissue diseases starting from interstitial lung disease,to decrease the rate of misdi-agnoise and missed diagnosis.Methods:To report a case confirmed by computed tomography、alveolar lavage、 thoracoscope lung biopsy、 pathological findings and the result of magnetic resonance, to analysis differences with previous reported cases.Results:Connective tissue diseases often cause interstitial lung disease,is also the important factors that affect the prognosis.No CTD performance lack of characteristic clinical manifestations,easily mis-diagnosed.Combined with patient cough、 sputum, serum antibody positive, HRCT performance, DLCO decline and pathological diagnosis, can be usedd to confirm. It should be ruled out other disease.Conclusion:The CTD associated with ILD has many reasons,should cause more attention,early diagnosis and treatment can improve the prognosis of the disease.Hormone and immune inhibitors therapy is effective,delayed treatment may be fatal.Long time follow up is necessary.
