Backgrand:The congenital heart disease (CHD) is one of the most common birth-defect, according to reports, the incidence of CHD in live birth is about4~13‰, and about40~60%among them died in the neonatal period. CHD is the main risk factors that leds to the infant death and the morbidity of CHD is in rising trend in our country which brought heavy mental and economical burden to the family and society. The etiology of congenital heart disease is not fully clear. The purpose of this study is to explore the hazardous factors of fetal congenital heart disease via case-control study and provide scientific basis for prevention of fetal congenital heart disease.Purpose:Use the fetus echocardiography as the main diagnose criterion and the case with CHD as specimen to screening the hazardous factors of the CHD and evaluate its effect in the occurrence of fetus CHD. Based on this, formulate the include-criterion for the pre-accouchement CHD screening. Methods:This study is epidemiology prospective study. Adopt1:2control study, select the pregnant women whose fetuses were diagnosed CHD as the case group and those whose fetuses were diagnosed normal as the control group. The age difference of pregnant women between the two groups is within one-year and the gestational week difference between two groups is within one-week. All the pregnant women were examined in Teng-zhou Central People’s Hospital during July2011to December2013. Questionnaire survey was executed to all the pregnant women by the same investigators. All the women were asked to fill in the "Questionnaire about risk factors of fetus CHD". Firstly, analyze the data with single factor logistic regression analysis, in base of this, select the meaningful factors to analyze with multi-factor logistic regression analysis, and then formulate "The Include-criterion of fetus CHD screening before accouchement".Results:Analyze the16variable quantity with single factor logistic regression analysis based on the pre-established standard of a=0.10. The results indicate that7variable quantities such as common cold in the early stage of pregnant, supplement of folic acid, unhealthy life event during pregnancy are connected with CHD. Analyze these7variable quantity with multi-factor logistic regression analysis and the results indicate that common cold in the early stage of pregnant (OR=7.0), new decorating or new furniture in residence (OR=5.9), smoke exposure in pregnancy (OR=5.1), history of irregular pregnant and birth (OR=3.9) and unhealthy life event during pregnancy (OR=3.5) are the hazardous factors to fetus CHD.Conclusion:The study indicate that common cold in the early stage of pregnant, new decorating or new furniture in residence, smoke exposure in pregnancy, history of irregular pregnant and birth and unhealthy life event are hazardous factors to fetus CHD. It is suggested that those who have one or more of factors should be included into the scope of fetus CHD screening in order to increase the population quality of our country.
