Purpose:By comparing distal gastrectomy withBraun’S anastomosis distal gastrectomy with both postoperative conditions of life, clearBraun’S anastomosis distal gastrectomy for patients living conditions impact and value to improve the surgeon life in patients after distal gastrectomy knowledge of the situation, to help patients reduce alkaline reflux gastritis and discomfort, improve and enhance the quality of life of patients.Methods:Retrospectively analyzed from June2011to June2013in General Surgery, Qilu Hospital of Shandong University, due to gastric cancer, gastric ulcer, duodenal ulcer row distal gastrectomy with Braun’S anastomosis and the distal gastrectomy cases, Patients followed up the implementation of standards-compliant, methods include outpatient follow-up and follow-up after chemotherapy in hospital.Organize follow-up clinical data of patients,Including the patient’s age, sex, weight, bile reflux, enter the loop obstruction and duodenal stump rupture data,statistical analysis of distal gastrectomy Braun’S anastomosis and the distal gastrectomy surgery after two patients with differences in living conditions, living conditions of the patients were assessed.Results:Retrospective analysis from June2011to June2013in General Surgery, Qilu Hospital of Shandong University, due to gastric cancer, gastric ulcer, duodenal ulcer distal gastrectomy line of cases,420cases met the inclusion criteria row distal gastrectomy85cases, both gastric cancer. Wherein the distal gastrectomy with anastomosis Brown,55patients (64.7%), distal gastrectomy in30patients (35.3%). Reflux occurs in the control group30patients without reflux0cases, reflux rate of100%, no cases of duodenal stump rupture; regurgitation eight cases occurred in the experimental group,47cases without reflux, reflux rate of14.5%, reflux rate was significantly lower than the control group (x2=53.93, P<0.01), no cases of duodenal stump rupture. Statistics found by distal gastrectomy Billroth Ⅱ anastomosis anastomosis Brown plus line can effectively reduce the alkaline reflux gastritis and duodenal stump input loop obstruction and rupture occurs.Conclusion:Through statistical analysis of differences between distal gastrectomy Braun’S anastomosis distal gastrectomy surgery and living conditions of both patients with postoperative Brown distal anastomosis in gastrectomy Billroth Ⅱ anastomosis application reduces the alkaline reflux gastritis and duodenal stump input loop obstruction and rupture occurs.
