Research background:Schizophrenia is a serious permanent disease, about80%of the patients with schizophrenia in currently still appear under thetreatment of chronic recession, even result in lifelong disability[1].Thepathogenesis about the onset of schizophrenia is not clear, many previousresearchers according to the hypothesis of neural development, has beencommitted to looking for patients with schizophrenia brain abnormalities.Alongwith the progress in imaging, a large number of structural brain imaging studieshave confirmed schizophrenia patients living existence of structuralabnormalities in multiple regions.Research shows that schizophrenia is apolygenic disease, genetic degree as high as80%[2].So the early clinicalidentify people at high risk for schizophrenia, effective interventions, are likelyto reduce the disability and burden of disease. Methods:This study used the teenagers high-risk groups of schizophreniaand healthy people brain scans as control, tries to explore the teenagershigh-risk groups of schizophrenia brain structure imaging characteristics werediscussed, in order to find the available for clinical reference of objective basisfor early diagnosis of schizophrenia, further search for schizophrenia warningvalue index has important significance. Results:1.The teenagers high-risk groups of schizophrenia group andhealthy controls fiber tracts anisotropic shows that there are differences betweenthe area for right thalamus, left putamen, precentral gyrus, superior temporalgyrus, right pallidum(before correction).2.Teenagers high-risk groups of schizophrenia group and healthy controlsFA scores showed no difference brain regions (afte correction). Conclusions:Schizophrenia teenagers high-risk population groups suggest brainconnection problems, brain connectivity does not appear significant differences, schizophrenia teenagers high-risk group of the degree of brain changes have notreached the degree of brain regions change schizophrenia patient, disease is lostconnection.
