| Objective: To study survival difference among various models of HBVserological markers in HCC patients underwent resection of hepatocellularcarcinoma and analyze the related factors about survival difference. Methods: various models of HBV serological markers(HBsAg, HBsAb,HBeAg, HBeAb, HBcAb)were retrospectively analyzed in the989patients whounderwent resection of hepatocellular carcinoma from1998January to2012December in Affiliated Tumor Hospital of Guangxi Medical University.Thesepatients’ prognosis was evaluated.Results:1, there are19kinds of pattern of HBV expression in989cases ofradical resection in patients with HCC after the discovery, in which HBsAg,HBeAb and HBcAb positive (three positive)533cases(53.89%), HBsAg andHBcAb were positive187cases (18.91%),HBsAg, HBeAg and HBcAb positive(big3this world) in98cases(9.91%) accounted for the largest proportion, accounting for82.71%of overall. The other models’ proportion is less than5%.2, hepatitis, HBsAg and HBcAb positive, hepatitis B HBeAg and othercombination mode for patients with a median survival time were:65,52,66,80(P=0.676), tumor free survival time were:33,25,30,38(P=0.154), no significant difference.3, Hepatitis B positive patients with tumors larger than3cm in HBV-positive group than the other。COX regression model showsthat,Preoperative serum albumin, preoperative serum AST, tumor size, whetherthere is infringement in vascular are important factors in the influence ofhepatitis patients the survival time.4.Among HBsAg and HBcAb positive modegroups, male, less than60years of age, preoperative serum AFP is greater than400ng/ml, preoperative serum albumin is less than35g/l, tumor diameter lessthan3cm, with cirrhosis of the liver and vascular invasion, and tumor issingle, the above cases more common Preoperative serum AFP, tumor size, whether there is infringement in vascular are important factors on effectingmedian survival for HBsAg and HBcAb patients。The tumor size is an importantfactor affecting patients recurrence-free survival.5.Compared with other HBVmodel group, the preoperative serum AST≥42u/l, tumor diameter≤3cm ismore common in the patients with hepatitis B HBeAg.Preoperative serum ASTis the important influential factor on patients’ median survival time andrecurrence-free survival.Conclusion:1, HBV infection models are intensely related to HCCpatients’surviavl. Hepatitis, HBsAg and HBcAb positive and HBeAg positivehepatitis B are the most easily fo be found, in HCC patients serum HBV markercombination mode, among which positive hepatitis B take the first place,HBsAgand HBcAb take second place, hepatitis B HBeAg ranked third.2,Nosignificant difference in the prognosis of patients in each group.3,Hepatitis,HBsAg and HBcAb positive and HBeAg positive hepatitis patients clinicalpathological factors’the different distribution of mode affect patients’mediansurvival time and recurrence-free survival. the reason for this result needsfurther study. |
