With the development of society, the social pressure increases, cardiovascular diseasehas become one of the serious diseases harmful to human health. In recent years, theincidence of cardiovascular diseases is increasing, and gradually younger. World HealthOrganization has classified the21st century, cardiovascular disease the number one killerof harm to human health; it has serious harm to people’s health. Cardiovascular disease ifnot promptly found they often lead to irreparable consequences. In response to this trend ofcardiovascular disease, there are many who are talking about prevention research anddiagnosis of cardiovascular disease as the first research projects. As one can judge the heartimpedance think indicators of cardiovascular mechanisms and physiological parameters,scientists have been cardiovascular disease as the latest important research direction of thecircle.Impedance of the heart contain important information on the human cardiovascularphysiological information that provides information for assessing cardiovascular status byrecording the physiological body impedance variation for physicians. Heart impedancetesting with no damage to the characteristics of non-invasive, this feature is important inthe clinical application value. In this paper, based on the SI1260Solartron impedanceanalyzer, heart electrode plate and acquisition software to build a set of heart-impedancesignal acquisition system, using the system for a large number of experiments. First, thesystem respectively resistance and RC oscillator calibration measurements using themeasured value and the standard value of comparison measurements to determine thestability of the system; then use the system impedance of rabbits heart collection,comparison of the data collection and evaluation, Finally, after the four-electrode methodusing a series of human heart impedance measurement acquisition information, thecollected information to the corresponding impedance signal processing related cardiacparameters obtained by calculation; feasibility of the system obtained by the measurement data analysis of biological tissue. Impedance synchronous acquisition of ECG acquisitionand signal processing and parameter calculation, figured by comparing the two parameterscalculated results to verify the accuracy of data collection. This study validated the use ofstructures based SI1260impedance acquisition system collected body impedance accuracy,but also for the use of the impedance of the collection system to the next body impedanceexperiments and research foundation. it is significant for CAD system.
