Abstract Objective:To investigate the way to retain the function of nerve and bodybetter in axillary dissection of modified radical mastectomy.Method: Contrast in the two groups,56cases patients with breast cancer, modifiedradical mastectomy, treatment group28cases underwent the axillary dissection afterinjection of fat soluble liquid, intraoperative patients without ligation of blood vessels, andcan easily keep arms intercostals nerve, long thoracic nerve and thoracic dorsal nerve, cleaning up the number of lymph nodes than the control group. Results:Treatment group, on average,22minutes to complete the operation time, lessintraoperative bleeding, average21.8removed lymph nodes. All patients with pathologicexamination with lymph node metastasis4cases, with no lymph node metastasis24cases, transfer1.2on average. All patients were not significant postoperativecomplications. After an average follow-up of6months, patients without axillary tumorrecurrence, good shoulder joint activity and upper limb edema and paralysis, and so on andso forth. Conclusion:Fat soluble liquid method is used when the modified radical axillarylymph nodes in breast cancer with the lymph node of simple operation, time saving, and morethorough, nerve blood vessel damage less and less postoperative complications, etc.
