Objectives: To investigate the Junzifuzheng Decoction on thechemotherapy of patients with colorectal cancer after operation and enhance theeffect of reducing toxicity and enhancing immunity. Methods: Choose fromJanuary2012to January2014period, Daqing Longnan Hospital Department ofgeneral surgery diagnosis and treatment of colorectal cancer. According to theMinistry of Health of colorectal cancer diagnostic and treatment practices(2010edition), and the diagnosis confirmed by pathology before surgery werenot put line chemotherapy in90patients with colorectal cancer, in order tocheck the serial number of visits random number table, were randomly dividedinto three groups, namely the chemotherapy group (FOLFOX4chemotherapygroup), the combined group (gentleman Fuzhengtang combined withFOLFOX4chemotherapy group) in the placebo group, the average age of thepatients (56.7±12.1) years old, including clinical data of patients, bloodpathology. Each age group, gender difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05), three groups of patients in the gross type of tumor pathology, pathological stage and histological type was no significant difference (P>0.05).Patients with chemotherapy alone and in combination with chemotherapygroup were using standard FOLFOX4chemotherapy6cycles before and after treatment to assess changes in quality of life of patients in each group, efficacy, adverse reactions after chemotherapy, immune system to detect indicators werestatistically analyzed. Results: chemotherapy group (The JunzifuzhengDecoction combined with FOLFOX4chemotherapy group) with chemotherapyalone group (FOLFOX4chemotherapy group) compared with the combinedgroup significantly improved quality of life, the differences were statisticallysignificant (P<0.05), short-term efficacy efficient There was no statisticalsignificance (P>0.05).Combination chemotherapy with chemotherapy alonegroup, two groups compare toxicities, neutropenia, the incidence of nausea, vomiting, gastrointestinal discomfort and hair loss is less than thechemotherapy alone group (P<O.05), while the decrease in platelet groups, redblood cells to reduce the incidence of liver dysfunction was no significantdifference (P>O.05). Chemotherapy group and chemotherapy group,chemotherapy6cycles after chemotherapy group compared with treatmentafter treatment before the peripheral blood CD3+, CD4+, CD8+cells weresignificantly increased, there was a significant difference compared withchemotherapy alone group (P<0.05).Conclusions: The Junzifuzheng Decoctioncombined with chemotherapy drugs to inhibit colorectal cancer tumor growth, improve the quality of life, reduce the toxicity of chemotherapy inducedchemotherapy after operation, improve the immune function of patients.
