| ObjectiveTo explore the efficacy of glottic carcinoma treated by suspensionlaryngoscope CO2laser and traditional operation.MethodsTo retrospective analysis clinical data of glottic carcinoma patients fromDecember，2007to December，2010in our hospital,which was to be divided intodetection group(CO2laser treatment group)57cases and controlgroup(traditional operation group)182cases.ResultsThere were no significant differences between two groups for recurrence(P>0.05), but incidence of complications,the hospitalization time and medicalcost of detection group were better than control group (P<0.05) the differencewere statistical significance.ConclusionThe Less trauma，less complication and less medical cost of glotticcarcinoma patients treated by CO2laser compared with traditional operation. |
