Objective:After the research of acupuncture on the left side of the gb34for former cerebral artery blood flow velocity and PI, RI and the relationship between the effectiveness of acupuncture, whether for the clinical application of the treatment of cerebrovascular diseases to provide data support. Methods:Experiment subjects are of heilongjiang university of Chinese medicine, students are divided into a mixed group of a total of30people, average age22.78+/-2.27,15were male group, female group of15people, and no high blood pressure, thyroid disease, disease of heart head blood-vessel, etc., the experiment has told the subjects before the experiment operation, experiment meaning and purpose, methods, and the security of acupuncture, and obtain the consent of the volunteers.Volunteers in the experiment to48hours before the end of the time to quit smoking wine, coffee contains excited class drinks, such as drugs.Experimental time between2-4hours after the meal, before the start of the experiment volunteers repose except10min to interference factors.Room temperature environment for22+/-3℃, humidity50plus or minus5%, location of heilongjiang university of Chinese medicine the first affiliated hospital of transcranial doppler (TCD) clinic.Acupuncture needle is0.4mm,0.35mm diameter HuaTuoZhen. To adopt the probe frequency of7.5MHz German EME company Companion III transcranial doppler ultrasound instrument, sampling depth of3.0-3.0cm.In order to maintain the rigor to reduce experimental error, the performer the same professional acupuncture doctors the system training.Into the needle technique as a conventional skin after disinfection, stab left gb34point,1-1.5inches into the depth of needle, row needle when using flat or level of skill, twisting number were6r/s, line15s needle, a total of90RPM.Retaining needle needle for15seconds after15minutes,30minutes trend line needle.Record the needle on the left side of the gb34point10min before and after much air into the needle, needle (line15s)15min (line15s) needle retaining needle, needle (line15s) at the time of the needle and the needle TCD10min after each parameter value, using SPSS17.0software to carry on analysis,P<0.05for meaningful.Results:1. The mixed group of acupuncture on the left side of the gb34on the left side of the ACA parameter Vs, Vd and Vm values in and retaining needle when the needles are inserted a needle into the top10min increase significantly, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), while the left side of the ACA in the needle, needle out after the min Vs, Vd and Vm values and, when the needles when retaining needle, a needle, needle out10min after PI, RI data compared with before entering the needle is changed but after statistical analysis, there was no statistically significant difference (P0.05).To the right side of the ACA blood flow velocity and PI, RI is the needle there was no statistically significant difference in the first10min change (P>0.05).2. The men in the group of acupuncture on the left side of the gb34on the left side of the ACA parameter Vs, the value of Vm in and retaining needle when the needles are inserted a needle into the top10min increase significantly, Vd in retaining needle is increased in10minutes before the needle, the data are difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), with out the needle after10min Vs, Vm, and, when the needle, the needle when the needles are10min after Vd and all time points PI, RI value compared with before entering needle, numerical changes, but meaningless after statistical analysis software (P>0.05).To the right side of the ACA is hemodynamic parameters into the needle front10min no statistically significant change (P>0.05).3. The women in the group acupuncture on the left side of the gb34on the left side of the ACA parameter Vs, Vd and Vm values in and retaining needle when the needles are inserted a needle into the top10min increase significantly, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), while the left side of the ACA in the needle, needle out after the min Vs, Vd and Vm values and, when the needles when retaining needle, a needle, needle out10min after PI, RI data compared with before entering the needle is changed but after SPSS9.0statistical software analysis, there was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05).To the right side of the ACA is hemodynamic parameters into the needle front10min no statistically significant change (P>0.05).4. Men’s and women’s groups have statistical significance of the vascular parameters numerical comparison, the same point in time when men group, retaining needle when the needles are inserted on the left side of the blood flow parameters of the ACA VS group compared with women, no statistical significance (P>0.05).Male group while retaining the needle on the left side of the blood flow parameters of the ACA Vd group compared with women, no statistical significance (P>0.05).When men group, retaining needle when the needles are inserted on the left side of the blood flow parameters of the ACA Vm group compared with women, no statistical significance (P>0.05).Conclusion:1. When the needle left gb34can increase with retaining needle into the needle on the left side of the ACA blood flow velocity, the positive regulatory role, on the right side of the ACA had no effect on blood flow velocity, when in front of the brain artery blood flow velocity slowed so suggest take gb34point on the same side.2. Acupuncture left gb34affect RI, PI without prompt ACA and contraction of vascular compliance with no effect.3. Acupuncture left gb34for the left side of the ACA the increase of blood flow velocity, there is no difference between men and women.
