The Efficacy Of Bushen Decoction Treatment Hypertensive Renal Disease And The Effect Of Plasma Renin Activity

Objective:To observe the efficacy of Bu Shen decoction on hypertensive renal disease of asthenia of qi and yin type,and the changes of plasma renin activity （PRA）was observed in patients before and after treatment, to explore the clinical efficacy of Bu Shen decoction on hypertensive renal diseaseMethods:60cases of hypertensive renal patients met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups. Basis of antihypertensive therapy in general treatment, adding to Lotensin based on the application of the control group Jin Shui Bao capsule oral treatment group using Bu Shen decoction oral therapy. Observed two courses, the last two months. The total effect was observed in patients before and after treatment, TCM syndrome score changes, plasma renin activity levels,24-hour urinary protein excretion （24h-UAE）, β₂-microglobulin （β₂-MG） and liver and kidney function （Scr, BUN） and other changes in indicators.Results:1.the disease effect of the treatment group than the control group （P﹤0.05）, improvement in terms of signs of the treatment group than in the control group （P﹤0.05）, and the treatment group without obvious adverse reaction occurs during treatment.2.
