Objective: By measuring changes of maternal plasma activity of renin levelsand angiotensin II concentration in the prenatal, the postpartum HDCP maternal andnormal pregnancy, joint detections of renin, Creb, angiotensin II1receptor and thematernal postpartum placental histology immune expression in these two groups, thisexperiment in-depth study of HDCP renin-angiotensin-level changes and possibleregulatory mechanism, to explore new ideas for effective prevention and treatment ofHDCP.Experiment: Test activated renin levels and Ang II(angiotensin II) concent-ration of plasma by method of radioimmunoassay in prenatal or postpartum HDCPwomen and normal pregnant women. Using the immunohistochemical methodcombined detection of renin, after Creb, and angiotensin receptor II1on two groupsof maternal postpartum placental histology immune expression.Results:(1) Prenatal plasma activity of renin and Ang II concentrations of HDCPwomen were significantly lower than that of the control group. The difference wasstatistically significant(P<0.05).(2) Postpartum plasma activity of renin levels of HDCP women were slightlylower than that of the normal group. The difference isn’t significant. ANG IIconcentration is higher. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3) Prenatal plasma activity of renin and angiotensin II concentrations of HDCPwomen were significantly lower than their level of post-natal with statisticallysignificant difference(P<0.05).(4) Prenatal plasma activity of renin and angiotensin II concentrations of normalpregnancy women were higher than their level of postpartum, while no significantdifference.(5) Renin and Creb immune expression in the placental tissue of HDCPwomen match that of normal pregnancy group and are both expressed in vascularsmooth muscle.(6) Ang II1receptor in immune expression of placental tissue of the HDCP group was significantly higher than that of normal pregnancy group. Rich and smoothmuscle expression is more significant. Conclusion: The decline in the level of plasma active renin and angiotensin IIconcentration negative feedback on the body, so that the body produce more reninand angiotensin II, and ATlR expression is more in the placenta, vasoactive reductionenhanced. This downward may be correlate with HDCP.
