| ObjectiveAfter treated by Guipi pill of CAPD patients with with heart-spleen deficiency, variation of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index, TCM symptoms and biochemical indicators had been observed. And then, therapic effect of Guipi pill on gastrointestinal disorders, insomnia nutrition, micro-inflammation and anemia had been studied.Methods50CAPD patients with heart and spleen deficiency were randomly divided into treatment group (25cases) and control group (25cases). All patients were from the Division of Nephrology, Fuzhou General Hospital of inpatient and outpatient.1、All patients were received general treatment including giving same dialysis dose, correcting anemia with hemopoietin, improving water and electrolyte acid-base disbalance, controlling blood pressure, supplementing compound keto acid.2、As for treatment group, Guipi pill were gived at the basis of the general treatment.Ti-me of this study last two months.3、Data were expressed as mean±standard deviation and wered analysised by SPSS13.0statistical software, And T test or rank sum test measurement data were adopted, count data using rank sum test or x2test, P<0.05considered statistically significant.Items Observed1、Biochemical parameters:serum creatinine, urea, total protein, serum albumin, serum prealbumin, erythrocytes, hemoglobin.2、KT/V,Ccr.3、TCM symptom score and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index.4、Safety Observation,Detection of liver function(AST, ALT), electrolyte (potassium, calcium, phosphorus).Results1、 Biochemical indicatorsIn treatment group, there was no significant difference of serum urea, creatinine before and after the treatment,p>0.05. While for serum total protein,albumin, pre-albumin, red blo- od cell, hemoglobin and CRP, there all existed significantly difference.(P<0.05, P=0.013, P=0.034, P=0.001, P=0.000, P=0.002, P=0.001).As for control group after treatment, blood creatinine, total protein, albumin, CRP,prea-lbumin than before treatment P<0.05had statistical significance (P=0.018, P=0.044, P=0.014, P=0.021, P=0.001).Between the two groups,There were significant differences of serum creatinine, albumin, prealbumin, CRP, erythrocyte, hemoglobin P<0.05.(P=0.008, P=0.001, P=0.000, P=0.001, P=0.001,P=0.013).2、KT/V and residual renal functionThe control group before and after treatment total KT/Vwere2.13±0.37vs2.03±0.27(P>0.05),treated group2.26±0.52vs2.25±0.44(P>0.05). Control renal KT/V, respectively before and after treatment0.62±0.34vs0.53±0.32(P>0.05); treatment group0.59±0.46vs0.61±0.43(P>0.05).control group before and after treatment of renal Ccr were29.84±20.48vs25.74±18.53(P>0.05); treatment group29.33±23.5vs28.16±21.8(P>0.05). Urine control group before and after treatment were935.6±500.68vs862.0±439.29(P>0.05); treatment group932.8±715.67vs866.4±592.92(P>0.05). After treatment, the total KT/V, kidney KT/V, renal Ccr, urine were statistically different (P>0.05).3、Traditional medical symptoms and sleep indexAfter treatment, the efficiency of clinical symptoms were96%,52%respectively and there existed significant difference (P=0.000). And After treatment, the efficiency of insomnia were88%,60%respectively and there also existed statistically significant (P=0.009) between two groups.As for control group, the total symptom scores of TCM were9.2±3.54vs6.84±2.43(P <0.05) before and after treatment. While for treatment group, the figure were9.60±3.22vs3.56±1.64(P<0.05). PSQI total score was10.56±2.16vs7.56±2.72(P<0.05) of control group before and that of treatment group was10.84±2.61vs5.48±1.36after treatment, and, there existed significant difference (P<0.05). After treatment, TCM symptom scores and PSQI scores were statistically significant (P<0.05).4、Adverse effectTwo groups in the experiment found no abnormal AST, ALT elevations and potassium, calcium, phosphorus metabolic disorders such as adverse reactions. ConclusionsGastrointestinal disorders and insomnia of CAPD patients with Heart deficiency could be improved by Guipi pill. It also played a beneficial effect on nutrition, micro-inflammatory state and anemiaof these patients. |
