Effects Of Xin Shubaopian On Hypertriglyceridemia In Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type Patients

Objective:Observe the curative effect of Xin Shubaopian on Hypertriglyceridemia TCM as qi deficiency and blood stasis type; Reveal the possible targets of Xin Shubaopian for Hypertriglyceridemia TCM as qi deficiency and blood stasis type; Explore the therapeutic value of Xin Shubaopian on Hypertriglyceridemia.Methods:The120patients meet the inclusion criteria of the Hypertriglyceridemia (qi deficiency and blood stasis type) are randomly divided into control group,60cases in each treatment group.The control group are treated by Acipimox (0.25g/time, two times daily); the treatment group are treated base on Xin Shubaopian (2tablets/time, two times daily) orally. After4weeks treatment,compare the two groups before and after treatment by the TCM syndrome score and laboratory results, the data are statistically processed and the associated clinical analysis and objective evaluation.Results:1.The general condition of the control group and treatment group before the treatments (included age, sex), TG levels in the blood, no significance differences, the two are comparable.2. After4weeks of treatment,the effctive rate of the treatment group’s laboratory results is88.3%and the TCM syndrome curative is91.7%,compare TG levels in the blood after and before treatment,P<0.01, which has significance differences.3. After4weeks of treatment,the effctive rate of the control group’s laboratory results is93.3%and the TCM syndrome curative is68.3%,compare TG levels in the blood after and before treatment,P<0.01, which has significance differences.4. Compare with the two groups:compare the total efficiency of laboratory results between the two groups, P>0.05,which has no differences; compare TG levels in the blood after treatment between the two groups, P>0.05,which has no differences of statistics;compare the TCM syndrome curative between the two groups,P<0.01,which has significance differences. 5. Compare the Lp(a) levels before and after treatment in the treatment group,there has no statistical differences,P=0.088; compare the Lp(a) levels before and after treatment in the control group,there is no statistical difference,P=0.O88.Conclusion:1.Both of the two groups have obvious effect on hypertriglyceridemia TCM as qi deficiency and blood stasis type’s treatment,the treatment group’s total efficiency of laboratory results and TG levels after treatment are similar with the control group’s,but in the field of TCM syndrome curative is obvious better than the control group’s.2. Both of the two groups have no effect on decrease Lp(a).3. Xin Shubaopian apartments qi and activating blood in one, decrease TG levels in the blood significantly,improve TCM syndrome obviouslly,can play the unique effect of TCM treatment.
