Objective:In this study, we observe the expression of NF-κB, TLR4and Myd88by applying BAISHAOQIWU granules in the UC rat model. We discuss the effects of BAISHAOQIWU granules on UC rats’ TLR4/NF-KB signaling pathway to make further reveal of the mechanism of BAISHAOQIWU granules acting on ulcerative colitis, then to lay the foundation and propose new ideas on more in-depth study of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of ulcerative colitis.Methods:40SD rats, male and female half, were randomly divided into four groups:the BAISHAOQIWU granules group, the normal group, seven Granules peony group, the normal group, the Mesalazine delayed-release granules group and model group. The normal group were provided with the same volume of0.9%sodium chloride solution enema. The rest groups were modeling with100mg/kg trinitrobenzene sulfonic acid TNBS/50%ethanol method, and after successful modeling rats were continuously gavage treated by the Mesalazine delayed-release granules and BAISHAOQIWU granules. Observe the these rats, detect the expression of TLR4, MyD88and NF-κB in rats’ serum by double-antibody sandwich assay. Results:TLR4, MyD88, NF-κB significantly increased in Model groups’s serum, but decreased in baishaoqiwu granules. Compared with model group, the result has statistical significance. Conclusion:The BAISHAOQIWU Granules can obviously relieve the rat intestinal mucosal inflammation, that treatment effect is more significant compared with the Mesalamine. BAISHAOQIWU granules can make high expressed TLR4, Myd88and NF-κB in UC rats serum decreased, suggesting that it may inhibit TLR4/NF-κB signaling pathway conduction by MyD88, to reduce expression of TLR4and inhibit activation of NF-κB p65to inhibit the transcription of releated proinflammatory cytokine gene to complete the treatment.
