Zizyphus Jujube ZhenHun Soup Treating Insomnia (Heart Blood Deficiency Type) Of Clinical Research

Objective:to observe the zizyphus jujube ZhenHun soup clinical curative effect for the treatment of insomnia (heart blood deficiency type), through the international recognized PSQI score evaluation of the effectiveness of the method in the treatment of insomnia,drug promotion lay the foundation for the next step,and to provide clinical basis of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of insomnia.Methods:60cases of confirmed and included in the standard of insomnia (heart blood deficiency type) of the patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group30cases,the treatment group with zizyphus jujube ZhenHun soup, control group adopts jujube benevolence anshen capsule, analysis and comparison before and after treatment the patient’s symptoms improved, rating scale, by observing the changes before and after treatment, evaluation of zizyphus jujube ZhenHun soup decoction of the clinical effect on insomnia.Results:(1) The comparison between groups:PSQI curative effect comparison of the two groups after treatment by Wilcoxon rank and inspection,curative effect between the two groups have significant statistical difference (P<0.01); Comparison between the two groups, PSQI scores before and after the treatment are decreased obviously, by t test, PSQI scores difference between the two groups had significant difference (P<0.01), the treatment group was better than the control group.(2) Their comparison:Their comparison groups by rank sum test, the test group before and after treatment six component scores were statistically significant(P<0.01), described the test group can significantly improve symptoms of insomnia; the control group six component scores were significantly statistically significant (P<0.01), described in the control group also significantly improve symptoms of insomnia.(3) Comparison of syndromes:According to the clinical curative effect evaluation standard, compared two groups of curative effect, via Wilcoxon rank and inspection, curative effect between the two groups have significant statistical difference (P<0.01), compared before and after treatment, treatment group is better than the control group.(4)Safety evaluation:Two sets of a total of60patients throughout the treatment does not appear in the process of adverse reactions,there is no obvious function of liver and kidney damage.Conclusion:The soul of the town jujube soup can effectively treat heart and liver blood deficiency type of insomnia, insomnia significantly improved overall efficiency than good Zaorenanshen capsule effect.
