| Objective:Through exploring the influence of the traditional Chinese medicine Pen Yan Fang on the content of the inflammatory cytokines IL-6ã€ILã€IL-8of Sequelae of Pelvic Infammatory Disease rat models to probe the functional mechanism of the Pen Yan Fang.Method:Choosing124SD female rats as the subjects and randomly extracting10female rats as the normal group,10female rats as the sham opreration group, later using the mechanical damage and mixed bacteria inoculation method to establish SPID rat models; After making modles success, rat models will be randomly divided into model group for15rats, therapeutic group for15rats, Pen Yan Fang high, medium and low dose group for every15rats. Observing the change of the the uterus tissue morphology under HE dyeing, and adopting method ELISA determine the inflammatory cytokines IL-6ã€ILã€IL-8’s content of all groups of rats.Results:1. The SPID model was established by using the mechanical damage and mixed bacteria inoculation method,Samping uterus tissue to evaluate the model after SPID model being established for14days, The models were successfully established, which was confirmed by the results of HE staining and macroscopic observation.2.After the delivery, the controlled group and the Pen Yan Fang groups can improve the chronic inflammation of the SPID rat models to varying degrees.3. Compared with the model group, the controlled group and the Pen Yan Fang groups can reduce the content of IL-6and IL-8(P<0.01),meanwhile increase the content of IL-10(P<0.01), the difference between them was significant, the effects of Pen Yan Fang high dose group were the best.Results:1.The SPID model can be established successfully by mechanical damaging the endometrial and injecting the mixed bacteria into the uterus.2. Pen Yan Fang are able to reduce sequale of pelvic inflammatory disease model rats serum IL-6, IL-8expression, promote the sec-retion and release of IL-10, and to promote of pro-inflammatory cytokines and anti-inflammatory cytokines to restore the immune baiance, thus reducing inflammatory cell infiltration in uterus tissue, promoting the hyperplasia and repair of endometrial epithelial cell, reducing hysteredema and metryperemia, reducing the adhesions of uterus and the surrounding tiss-Ue,promoting rehabilition of the histomorphology of uterus. |
