Cerebral palsy, also known as cerebral palsy, usually refers to the child before birth to onemonth after birth, caused by various reasons, non-progressive brain damage or abnormal braindevelopment or the central movement disorders caused by deformities. According to the WorldHealth Organization reports that all the world’s children with cerebral palsy prevalence was1.5‰~5‰, the prevalence rate in developed countries2‰~3‰, in China the prevalence ofchildren with cerebral palsy1.8‰~4‰. As medicine and neonatal perinatal medicine proposed,neonatal mortality China have decreased significantly, but the cerebral palsy disease as the causewhich one of the major diseases of children with disabilities, preached an increasing trend, andthe number of sick countryside far above the city, according to20million newborn babies eachyear calculated, annually nationwide increase of about3.6to8million new children withcerebral palsy, the number is very large, these staggering numbers so that more and more peopleare beginning to realize concerned about the need for children with cerebral palsy.Currently the majority of our research more in medical treatment, rehabilitation, educationand other methods above, although the treatment of children with cerebral palsy disease alsoplayed a positive role, but did not significantly reduce the prevalence of children with cerebralpalsy, how to start from the root, the number of population control is the top priority of cerebralpalsy. Therefore, this study by consulting a large number of literature,comparing urban and ruralareas, diseases that affect the risk of cerebral palsy factors were analyzed, its effective earlyprevention, increase investment in maternal and child health care, the proposed targetedprevention measures, including prenatal care, newborn care and other measures to prevent theoccurrence of cerebral palsy disease; while for children with cerebral palsy disease has occurred,it is to achieve early detection, early diagnosis, early treatment, and management from thegovernment, hospitals, community and other departments perspective, in-depth study to identifydeficiencies in management, presented on urban and rural areas of different managementstrategies to improve the plight of children with cerebral palsy, providing good social protectionfor children with cerebral palsy.
