Therefore, this study by consulting a large number of literature，comparing urban and ruralareas, diseases that affect the risk of cerebral palsy factors were analyzed, its effective earlyprevention, increase investment in maternal and child health care, the proposed targetedprevention measures, including prenatal care, newborn care and other measures to prevent theoccurrence of cerebral palsy disease; while for children with cerebral palsy disease has occurred,it is to achieve early detection, early diagnosis, early treatment, and management from thegovernment, hospitals, community and other departments perspective, in-depth study to identifydeficiencies in management, presented on urban and rural areas of different managementstrategies to improve the plight of children with cerebral palsy, providing good social protectionfor children with cerebral palsy.
