U.S. President Barack Obama signed the health insurance reform bill in theWhite House on March23,2010, so the bill was eventually written into U.S. law.American social security system thus the most profound changes occurred since40years, the U.S. Democrats strive for years comprehensive health reform goalseventually realized, marking the United States entered the era of the welfare state. TheObama administration’s health care reform plan aims to expand health insurancecoverage and reduce health care costs health care system to expand the scope of reliefmedical security system, strengthen government regulation of the healthcare industry,allowing more people to enjoy health insurance, however, the Obama health carereform plan has been thwarted various interest groups, and the difficultiesencountered on the judicial, technical problems, budget problems, etc., although theObama administration has finally made some compromises, but the ObamaAdministration reform plan makes progress health care system has taken a solid step,merit its history is indelible. And some of the reform measures is worth learned to ourcountry, our country since entering the21st century, many problems began tohighlight, such as population aging, uneven regional distribution of medical resources,many of the problems issued a new challenge to our government.In this paper, the U.S. health insurance system as the center of discussions,summarizes the characteristics and operation mechanism of the health care system,the relevant economic theory for the medical insurance system to make a briefintroduction, the Obama administration’s health care reform overview of the relevantbackground on Obama Why should the U.S. health care reform and the drawbacks ofthe current health care system will be discussed next, this article briefly describes themain contents of Obamacare, mainly related to the increase coverage, adjust tax policies and expand assistance programs, and increased for the insurance industryregulation, and improving the government’s financial support for the latestdevelopments Obamacare were introduced. In the fifth part of the article the authoranalyzes the various problems on the Obama health care reform on the road duringthe encounter, and Obamacare for all aspects of the U.S., Finally, a combination of theproblems of the current health care system appeared to discuss Obama times forhealth care reform and the impact on China’s revelation of health insurance, and madethe prospect of China’s health care system.
