High-cost, low-coverage, and low output became the appearance symbol of United States health care system.The health care system of United States is crying out to be reformed. Some USA presidents’seeking to establish universal coverage of health care have not been successful from the beginning of the progressive movement. President Clinton was beginning ready to develop the medical reform program, but was not able to submit to Congress for a vote and failed. The situation for universal health care reform took a turn for the better is until President Obama came into the power in2008, the law of Obamacare that Obama centered his attention upon finally achieved initial success of legislation.The United States’tortuous development of health care reform verifies the unique of health care politics and welfare politics in United States.
