Objects: In order to improve the disease of pancreas lesion detection rate anddiagnosis rate, we introduce the contrast agent, so as to enhance the signal intensityof normal and tumor tissue with a difference. Choose contrast agent right, can avoidafter injection of contrast agent to produce some adverse reactions in patients with. The study on the injection rate, concentration of MRI contrast agents for quantitativeanalysis, side reaction due to contrast agent were observed in detail, the agent choosecontrast more appropriate and injection scheme is obtained. Methods: Select the pancreatic MRI scans of120patients increased, othermedical conditions were excluded. Selection of abdominal aorta,3normal pancreaticparenchyma, pancreatic tumor as regions of interest, were measured in the selectedfixed5signal intensity between groups, evaluation of abdominal aorta, the signalintensity of3pancreatic parenchyma, pancreatic tumor, application of differentinjection rates, different concentrations of MRI differential image contrast agentmass scan and enhancement. Results: Concentrations of0.08mmol/kg, contrast contrast agent0.06mmol/kgwith concentration of290mg/ml can get MRI image better, there was no significantdifference in side effects of contrast agent concentration to patients from. Nosignificant effect on imaging quality of2ml/s contrast agent injection rate andinjection rate of3ml/s onpancreatic MRI images, and the side reactions caused byinjection rate in3ml/s group than in2ml/s group the injection rate of the highincidence of. This study selected120patients were examined with MRI within48hbefore checking creatinine (Cr), blood urea nitrogen (BUN), plasma Cr, BUN checkno increase. Before and after the injection of contrast agent signs, no obviousdifference. This study selected120patients after injection of contrast agent in15 cases, injection site pain swelling of different local degree, the injection rate of2ml/sin patients with4cases, the injection rate of3ml/s in patients with11cases.Conclusion: enhanced image quality in patients with MRI examination andcontrast the pancreas in120cases were analyzed in this experiment, the injectionrate of2ml/s, concentrations of contrast agent0.08mmol/kg,0.06mmol/kg to obtainbetter MRI images and reduces the side reaction of patients, as contrast grouppotency in pancreatic imaging than this study the use of parameters.
