Objective: To investigate the changes and the clinical significance ofinterleukin-17(IL-17)、vascular False Friends of the etiology sub(vWF) and C-reactiveprotein(CRP) in the serum of patients with coronary heart disease(CHD); and to observethe relation among IL-17、vWF and CRP. At last, to evaluate the influence of IL-17toCHD.Methods: The65cases of patients with clinical symptoms of coronary heart diseasewere diagnosed by the selective coronary angiography (CAG) method. All the cases weredivided into four groups: the23cases of patients with stable angina pectoris serve as SAPgroup, the14cases of patients with unstable angina pectoris serve as UAP group, the25cases of patients with myocardial infarction serve as AMI group, and the28cases ofhealthy people serve as control group(C group). The concentration levels of IL-17andvWF in the serum were detected by the enzyme-linked immunoassay (ELISA)method, andthe CRP content was tested by the immune scattering nephelometry detection. the severityof Coronary artery lesion was evaluated with the Gensini score system. Finally, the innerlink among IL-17、vWF、CRP and Gensini score was analysed. Results: The IL-17, vWF, CRP levels in the serum of patients with coronary arterydisease are significantly higher than those in normal control group (P<0.05),and the IL-17,vWF, CRP levels in the AMI group and UAP group are significantly higher than that in theSAP group, The results of all the data have statistical significance.IL-17have positivecorrelation with vWF (r=0.610,P<0.001)and CRP (r=0.568,P<0.001),as well as withGensini score(r=0.438,P<0.001).Conclusion: IL-17, vWF and CRP are involved in the occurrence and development ofcoronary heart disease, and IL-17which closely related with the severity of coronary lesion may promote the production of vWF and CRP.
