ObjectiveThis topic is in understanding of symptom-complex of excessive eating and thoracic obstruction, which recognization based on obstruction of motherland medicine, and combineing western understanding of diabetes and coronary heart disease of pathogenesis and treatment method of understanding.It observes Fructus scallions white pinellia tonga of diabetic coronary heart disease on Turbid phlegm type of patients with clinical curative effect and the intervention of vascular endothelial dysfuction, and the action of symptoms signs, blood lipid level, c-reactive protein and the influence on vascular endothelial index ET, NO. Provide prevention and offer scientific theoretical basis and clinical evidence to the people with diabetes and coronary heart disease. To provide a better method for the people with diabetes and coronary heart disease, and disscus the possible mechanism.Methods1.60 patients were grouped by random method, which divided into two groups, each group including 30 people. The control group take aspirin 100 mg, atorvastatin calcium 10 mg, acarbose tablets (H) 50 mg tid. On the basis of control group drugs, the treatment group takes fructus scallions white pinellia tonga, including traditional Chinese medicine composition for:Trichosanthes kirilowii 20g,scallions white 20g, pinellia 10g, astragalus 15g, tangerine peel 10g, Poria cocos 15g, Large-headed atractylodes 15g, Salvia miltiorrhiza 15g, a dose of the decoction 150 ml,2 times a day.2. Main check indicators:blood lipid(CHOL, TG, LDL-C, HDL-C), C reactive protein, endothelial index (nitric oxide, endothelin), etc.3. Clinical observation:Recording the change of patients’ symptoms, signs, fur of the tongue, pulse signal, and recording the TCM symptoms integral basiced on symptoms4. Safety indexes, including routine blood, liver function, kidney function, urine routine, etc.5. Statistical methods:Data statistics and analysis are all used SPSS19.0 software to analyse the data after the observation, establishing a database and statistical analysis. Count data using statistical inference of X2 test, orderly data conforms to normal distribution using t test.Results1. The general data of control group and treatment group, such as: name, sex, age, Chinese medicine symptom integral, CRP, TC, TG, LDL-c, HDL-c, NO, ET, etc. has no significant difference, can be to compared.2. Two group of effective has improved, the treatment of theropy group(83.3%) were higher than the control group(63.3%). The symptoms integral both improved. The treatment group is 4.76±2.52, the control group is 8.09±3.73(P=0.033<0.05). The effect of the theropy group of the blood lipids (TC, TG, LDL-c, HDL-c)was significantly(P< 0.05) improved. The theropy group of TC is 3.20±1.28, and the control group of TC is 3.66±0.64(P=0.000<0.05). The theropy group of TG is 1.41±0.51, and the control group of TG is 1.32±0.40 (P=0.006<0.05). The theropy group of HDL-c is 0.98±0.25, and the control group of HDL-c is 1.05 ±0.29(P=0.015<0.05). The theropy group of LDL-c is 2.13±0.91, and the control group of LDL-c is 2.14±0.74(P=0.047<0.05), with significant difference.3. Endothelial indicators has the effection on two groups of treatment on c-reactive protein, NO and ET, and the effect of the theropy group was significantly. The theropy group of ET is 4.53±1.82, and the control group of ET is 5.48±1.28(P=0.049<0.05). The theropy group of NO is 31.51 ±12.65, and the control group of NO is 26.70±10.01 (P=0.044<0.05). The theropy group of CRP is 2.90±2.89, and the control group of CRP is 7.29 ±8.05(P=0.001<0.05), with significant difference.Conclusions1.The general data of control group and treatment group, including name, sex, age, Chinese medicine symptom integral, CRP, TC, TG, LDL-c, HDL-c, NO, ET, etc. have no significant difference, can be to compared.2. The treatment group and the control group clinical syndrome score has improvement (P< 0.05), and the therapy group is better than the control group (P< 0.05), with significant difference;3. After the treatment, CRP, Blood lipid, and Endothelial indicators also have improved (P< 0.05) on the group, and the effect of the theropy group was obviously(P< 0.05), with statistically significant;4. The results show that the effective of two guoup both improved, including clinical syndrome score, Blood lipid, CRP, ET, and NO(P <0.05). But the treatment group with flavored Trichosanthes XieBai Banxia decoction is superior to the control group((P<0.05)). In the course of the study, there are no adverse reaction and serious clinical events. It shows that fructus scallions white pinellia tonga lipid-lowering and protecting Endothelial fuction. With combination of Chinese traditional and Western Medcine, it has better curative effective on Diabetes and coronary artery disease. It is worthy of further reaserch and promotion.
