Objectives: The purpose of this study was to analysis and discuss the effects ofchanges in BMI、WHR and VF(visceral fat)to blood pressure changes amongmiddle-aged and elderly people in Changchun areas, and to provide evidences forhypertension and related diseases intervention. Methods: A total of409inhabitants in rural areas of Changchun were selectedby the way of cluster sampling to conduct questionnaire investigation (Socialdemographic characteristics and living habits) and physical examinations to get basedsurvey data, all enrolled people were followed up every year to observe the influenceof BMI、WHR、VF and living habits changes to blood pressure. All the data wereanalyzed by SPSS17.0, normality of data was described byx±s and analyzed byt-test, skewness data was described by M(Ql-Qu)and analyzed by rank test.Univariateanalysis was used by Chi-square test. Multivariate analysis was used by Coxregressive analysis. Results:'There were significant differences among people with different ages, sexes, nations and educations in increased density and decreased density of bloodpressure(P<0.05).'The increased density and decreased density of blood pressure of who havehypertension family history were significantly higher than the men withouthypertension family history(P<0.05).The decreased density of blood pressure of whohave hypertension family history were significantly higher than the women without hypertension family history((P<0.05).'The increased density and decreased density of blood pressure of people whonever changed smoking were significantly higher than the people without smokinghabit (P<0.05). The increased density of blood pressure of men who have decreasedsmoking were significantly lower than the men without smoking habit (P<0.05). Theincreased density of blood pressure of women who have increased smoking weresignificantly higher than the women without smoking habit (P<0.05). The increaseddensity and decreased density of blood pressure of people who have decreasedsmoking were significantly higher than the people without smoking habit(P<0.05).The decreased density of blood pressure of men who have increasedsmoking were significantly higher than the men without smoking habit (P<0.05).'The increased density of blood pressure of people who never changed alcoholconsumption and who have increased alcohol consumption were significantly higherthan the people without drinking habit (P<0.05). The increased density of bloodpressure of people who have decreased alcohol consumption were significantly lowerthan the people without drinking habit (P<0.05). The decreased density of bloodpressure between men and women had no significant in different drinking groups(P>0.05).'The increased density of blood pressure of people who never changed physicalactivity significantly lower than people who never take exercise(P<0.05). Thedecreased density of blood pressure of women who have increased physical activitywere significantly higher than people who never take exercise (P<0.05).'The increased density of blood pressure of people whose BMI have increasedwere significantly higher than people whose BMI have unchanged(P<0.05). Thedecreased density of blood pressure of men whose BMI have decreased and menwhose BMI have increased and women whose BMI have decreased were significantlyhigher than people whose BMI have unchanged(P<0.05). 'The increased density of blood pressure between men and women have nosignificant in different WHR groups(P>0.05). The decreased density of bloodpressure of people whose WHR have decreased were significantly higher than peoplewhose WHR have unchanged(P<0.05), The increased density of blood pressure ofpeople whose WHR have increased have significantly lower than people whoseWHR have unchanged(P<0.05).'The increased density of blood pressure of women whose VF have increasedand women whose VF have decreased were significantly higher than people whoseVF have unchanged(P<0.05), The decreased density of blood pressure of peoplewhose VF have decreased were significantly higher than people whose VF haveunchanged(P<0.05). The decreased density of blood pressure of people whose VFhave increased were significantly lower than people whose VF haveunchanged(P<0.05).'After COX regressive analysis, major factor entered into the elevation ofblood pressure was BMI increased, major factors entered into the lower bloodpressure model were VF decreased and WHR decreased.Conclusion:1.The increased density of blood pressure of people whose BMI have increasedwere significantly higher than people whose BMI have unchanged amongmiddle-aged and elderly people in Changchun areas.2.The decreased density of blood pressure of people whose WHR have decreasedwere significantly higher than people whose WHR have unchanged amongmiddle-aged and elderly people in Changchun areas.3.The decreased density of blood pressure of people whose VF have decreasedwas significantly higher than people whose VF have unchanged among middle-agedand elderly people in Changchun areas.
