Objective:to further explore the pathogenesis of CHS, the relatedfactors, the types and characteristics of the ECG changes and controlmeasures,to deepen the understanding to this disease, provide a certainbasis for the clinical diagnosis and the differential, avoid the misdiagnosisand missed diagnosis. Methods: in this paper, between January2012and January2014fromheart symptoms in the clinic or hospital patients, and the system checkshave excluded cardiac disease and may cause other diseases of thecardiovascular system symptoms of other system of patients, for qualifiedof cervical X ray, CT or MRI, to patients with a diagnosis of CHS,fromcervical spine type, pathological image characteristics, the affectedsegment relationship,as well as special professional clinical analysis, length of service and age,etc.Results:200cases of CHS in124patients electrocardiogram change, therate of62.00%.In ECG abnormality in the group, the sympathetic nervesincidence was28.23%,compared with normal ECG group (14.47%),theobvious difference(P<0.05);Cervical bone hyperplasia, intervertebral lesions in the incidence of abnormal ECG was95.97%、71.77%,compared with normal ECG group (85.53%、53.95%) had statisticallysignificant difference (P<0.05);in the cervical segments,C4~6issignificantly higher than normal group (P <0.05),C4~6section incidenceof sinus bradycardia, atrioventricular block were50.00%and28.26%respectively, compared with the rest of the segments are statisticallysignificant differences (P<0.05).In the C3~4segments, the incidence ofsinus tachycardia was35.00%(P<0.05);ECG abnormalities in the CHSgroup, the incidence of typist and drivers were18.55%,16.13%,compared with normal ECG group (7.89%and6.58%) have astatistically significant difference (P<0.05);Seniority>10years inpatients with intervertebral disc disease accounted for98.33%, comparedwith the other two groups (42.86%,48.84%), significant statisticalsignificance (P<0.05); ECG abnormalities in patients50~59years oldhave a higher prevalence (44.35%), and on both sides of a normaldistribution. Conclusion: In CHS patients, the incidence of abnormal ECG was62%,while sympathetic to the higher incidence of cervical disease(28.23%);ECG abnormalities associated with vertebral body bonehyperplasia、the intervertebral disc lesion, C4~6segment involvementcan lead to sinus bradycardia (50%) and atrioventricular block(28.26%), the C3~4segment involvement can cause of sinus tachycardia (35%);CHS is related to profession and seniority;ECGabnormalities in patients50~59years old CHS have highest incidence(44.35%).We shoule pay attention to identify in clinical, avoidmisdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.
