Objective:To Explore the application value of gastric ultrasound imaging technology in the preoperative evaluation of gastric cancer.Methods:Collection of44cases of hospitalized patients with gastric cancer Confirmed by gastroscope and pathology examination from general surgery and surgical oncology in the third Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia medical college between May2012and December2013. None of patients received preoperative anticancer treatment. Oralultrasonic contrast agent ultrasonography (OUCA), double contrast-enhanced ultrasonography (DCUS) and spiral CT examination were performed in all patients in a week before surgery.The results of Gastric ultrasound imaging window were compared with that of postoperative pathology. To evaluate the TNM staging of gastric cancer preoperatively with gastric ultrasound imaging window, double contrast-enhanced ultrasound and spiral CT examination.Data were analyzed using the SPSS17.0statistical software,Count data by chi-square test, taking P<0.05for the differencewas statistically significant. Results:1. The total accuracy rate of OUCA in preoperative T staging of gastric cancer was65.9%(29/44),60.0%of T1,66.7%of T2-3, T4a of56.3%,81.8%of T4b. The total accuracy rate of DCUS in preoperative T staging of gastric cancer was77.3%(34/44),80%of T1,75.0%of T2-3,68.8%of T4a,90.9%of T4b. The total accuracy rate of CT in preoperative T staging of gastric cancer was59.1%(26/44),40.0%of T1,50.0%of T2-3,56.3%of T4a,81.8%of T4b. There was no significant difference between the three groups (P>0.05).While,the diagnostic accuracy of OUCA and DCUS for T1and T2-3gastric cancer was (60.0%、66.7%)、(80.0%、75.0%), respectively.The diagnostic accuracy of OUCA and DCUS are higher than CT (40.0%,50.0%).2.The total accuracy rate of OUCA in preoperative N staging of gastric cancer was54.5%(24/44),85.0%of N0,40.0%of N1,28.6%of N2,25.0%of N3. The total accuracy rate of CT in preoperative T staging of gastric cancer was70.5%(31/44),其中75.0%,60.0%,57.1%,75.0%,,75.0%of N0,60.0%of N1,57.1%of N2,75.0%of N3. There was no significant difference between these two groups(P>0.05). While,the diagnostic accuracy of CT for N3gastric cancer are higher than CT OUCA, Difference between the two groups was significant (P<0.05).3.The total accuracy rate of OUCA and CT in preoperative M staging of gastric cancer was97.7%,100%of M0,75.0%of M1.Conclusions:Gastric ultrasound imaging technology has a significant clinical value for the diagnosis of gastric cancer and clinical stage, and with noninvasive, economy, as well as good repeatability. It can be used as one of the main method of preoperative diagnosis of gastric cancer.
