Application Of3.0T MR Imaging In Advanced Gastric Cancer Of Diagnosis And Preoperative T Staging

Purpose Analysis of advanced gastric cancer3.0T MRI image characteristics,to explore the value of magnetic resonance for preoperative diagnosis and T stagingof gastric cancers,and to explore the accurateness of3.0T MRI in preoperative Tstaging of advanced gastric cancer.Method Thirty-five patients of gastric cancer confirmed with gastroscopyunderwent,3.0T MR unenhanced and dynamic contrast enhanced scan and DWIfunctional imaging before operation. Analysis of all advanced gastric cancer patientswith image,for all MRI image T staging,MRI T staging results were compared withpathological T staging results with conformity test.Result3.0T MR can clearly show the accurate site of advanced gastric cancer,the range of lesions, the degree of infiltration and the relationship between theadjacent organs.35cases patients of advanced gastric cancer with gastric wallthickening was uneven, thickness about7.7mm-38.3mm.35cases patients ofadvanced gastric cancer in T1WI sequence for slightly low signal,26cases patients inT2WI sequence for equal or slightly lower signal,and9cases showed equal or highersignal. Dynamic enhanced MRI include two enhancement ways,respectively irregularenhancement (24cases)and hierarchical reinforcement(11cases).35cases patients inDWI for higher signal. when patients serous infiltration that serous membrane surfacefuzzy coarse,and with T1WI dual echo the low signal between gastric wall andperigastric fat was interrupt,adjacent organ invasion, perigastric fat clearance fuzzydisappear. Assessing the staging of advanced gastric carcinoma in MRI, the accuracyfor T2was91.43%(32/35), T3was85.71(30/35),T4was94.28%(33/35),and the totalaccuracy was85.71%(30/35). Conclusion3.0T MR can accurate diagnosis of advanced gastric cancer, Providea scientific basis for the clinical treatment. MRI dynamic enhanced scan performanceis closely related to the degree of differentiation of gastric cancer, so evaluation thevalue of preoperative diagnosis of gastric cancer degree of differentiation, analysis ofsurgical and prognostic. DW-MRI and ADC values together can successfullydifferentiate gastric tumors from normal gastric wall, and it is a useful supplement toconventional MRI sequences. In short, MRI has great valuable in diagnosis, T staging,preoperative evaluation, prognosis and evaluation of gastric cancer.
