ObjectiveThe aim of this study was to simμlate macrophages in human lung phagocyticdepleted uranium particles,on macrophage injury and the supernatant particles affectphagocytosis of macrophages in bronchial epithelial cells.Methods:In macrophages (AM), using insoluble depleted uranium exposure onmacrophages,by transmission electron microscopes to observe the way of phagocyticdepleted uranium particles. Determination of phagocytic process of acid phosphatase(ACP), lysozyme (LZP) changes by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Determination of uranium particles after phagocytosis of soluble uranium content in thesupernatant of macrophages by wet digestion method. Chips were measured by a liquidsuspension in the supernatant was measured IL-1β、IL-10、IL-6、GM-CSF、IL-5、IFN-γ、TNF-α、IL-2、IL-4、 IL-8, etc. cytokine levels. Determination of macrophage survivalby CCK-8assay. Chemistry/fluorescence emission detected in different concentrationsof depleted uranium on macrophage ROS changes. Supernatants of macrophages increased significantly solubleuranium.
