Objective Through the observation and yellow cream apply back abdomen ink propulsion rate and postoperative effect on small intestine smooth muscle iNOSmRNA expression, clear and yellow cream on the abdomen of the treatment of postoperative intestinal dynamic obstacle effect, and its treatmentmechanism is discussed in this paper.Methods Take90healthy male SD rats were randomly divided into model group, the yellow cream treatment group and control group,30in each group. Three scores and the cords yellow powder treatment group rats by simulating clinical open le bowel preparation the whole small intestine probing operation to abdominal postoperative intestinal dynamic obstacle model, while control group only laparotomy was line. The groups were then randomly divided into0,3,6hours,10in each group. Building successful after30min, and yellow cream group shall be yellow powder apply back umbilical treatment, more new drug package every2hours. In apply back points,0,3,6hours after treatment to ink (0.5ml/only) to fill the stomach. After lavage: express in detection of small intestine smooth muscle iNOSmRNA; Then take off the neck to death mice, open pylorus to back to the blind of intestinal tissue, observe the ink advance rate.Results1. Ink propulsion rate: the model group in0h,3h,6h time points were significantly lower than the control group (2h+/-6.219VS30.63+/-8.40119.56, P<0.01;4h18.66+5.789vs.32.01+/-9.784, P<0.001;6h19.15+/-8.548vs.32.57+/-10.209, P<0.001); Treatment group0h,3h time points were significantly lower than the control group (2h18.48+/-7.874vs.30.63+/-8.401, P<0.001;4h22.92+/-3.588vs.32.01+/-9.784, P<0.05);6h point of treatment group was obviously higher than that of model group (28.18+/-6.400vs.19.15+/-8.548, P<0.05); Treatment group0h compared with6h difference has significant (18.48+/-7.874vs.28.18+/-6.400, P<0.01).2. The content of serum IL-6: measurement model3h point were significantly lower than the control group (156.83+/-10.30372vs.239.50+/-68.41783, P<0.05); Treatment group were significantly higher than control group at3h(2h325.00+/-43.46493vs.239.50+/-68.41783,P<0.05;4h295.50+/-89.71009vs.194.00+/-53.62213,P<0.01); Treatment group at3h,6h significantly lower than the model group(325.00+43.46493vs.156.83+/-10.3032hP<0.001;4h295.50+/-89.71009v+/-55.59766295.50,P<0.05);02h treatment group compared with the6h difference have significant meaning(325.00+43.46493vs.243.50+/-79.76403,P<0.05).Conelusion Conclusion and yellow cream apply back to enhance the recovery of small power, increase the rate of ink propulsion, which might improve the effect of postoperative intestinal dynamic obstacles, and has correlation with length of time of treatment. Reduce the smooth muscle iNOSmRNA expression.
