| Objective:the objective evaluation of qi she yin CA19-9in patients with pancreatic cancer surgery and CA24-2.Methods:clinical observation has elected to60patients with pancreatic cancer surgery, each30cases were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group given Chinese medicine medicinal broth qi she yin and support therapy, taking qi she yin a month, a month for a period of treatment, the control group given support therapy, Treatment time is one month, to observe the symptoms of patients before and after treatment in a month and the change of CA19-9and CA24-2.Results:1、CA19-9:the treatment group before and after treatment CA19-9numerical decreased, P <0.01, significant differences. Numerical control group before treatment and after treatment with no significant difference, P>0.05, no statistical significance. After one month treatment group and control group compared with CA19-9numerical decreased, P <0.01there are significant differences, the treatment group is better than the control group.2、CA242:the treatment group before and after treatment CA242value decreased, P <0.01, significant difference.Control group before treatment and after treatment with no difference, P0.05, no statistical significance. Treatment group and control group after treatment compared with CA242value decreased, P <0.01there are significant differences, the treatment group is better than the control group.3、Clinical symptoms:treatment group and control group in TCM symptoms improved after treatment, P<0.01there are significant differences, TCM symptoms improved in treatment group is better than the control group. Treatment group before and after treatment symptoms improved, P <0.01, there is statistical significance, is better than control group.Conclusion:qi she yin of CA19-9in patients with pancreatic cancer surgery and CA24-2has a significant effect, improve the clinical symptoms, reduce CA19-9and CA24-2level, improve the quality of life. |
