Required to participate in the experiment of volunteers within48h before the experiment, and in the process of the whole experiment to ban smoking, drinking and taking drugs, so as not to affect the experiment conclusion.30healthy youth can be divided into mixed group of30, male group of15, female group of15,three groups. In the details about the experiment purposes, methods, procedures and safety and in the case of obtaining permission from the its experiment.Experiment in indoor temperature environment for22±3℃, humidity within50±5%of the quiet room, experiment after meal after2～3h, request the experimenter repose around15min, in its respiration, pulse and blood pressure all obtain steady state after the experiment. After10min before acupuncture, the needle (parallel much air into the needle after15s), row needles (15min after15s parallel needle retaining needle), when the needle (30min after15s parallel needle retaining needle), the needle after10min5time points for data record.the experimental data from input SPSS17.0statistical system, establishing database of experiment,using the single factor analysis of variance and independent sample t test method to analyze the data from experiment, P﹤0.05showed statistically significant.Result1. Acupuncture on the left side of the PC3holes on the set of Vs, Vd and Vm and PI, RI1.1acupuncture on the left side of the PC3point, on the right side of MCA in and out when the needle after Vs, Vd and Vm parameters were90.30±4.900、90.20±5.222,50.60±4.336、51.27±4.441,63.83±3.659、64.03±3.917. Acupuncture on the left side of the PC3holes, in and out when the needle after mixed group, the male group, female group on the right side of MCA blood velocity is accelerated, the positive adjustment and traces of after effects, but has nothing to do with the vascular compliance; No obvious change, the left side of the MCA blood velocity in the MCA blood velocity slows desirable side PC3point for acupuncture treatment.2.
