Serum SOD and GSH-Px activity increased, MDA activity decreased.6-keto-PGFl a and TXB2levels in blood decreased; Compared with the model group,the rat blood brain barrier permeability and the brain water content decreased significantly. Pathological observation showed that in the model group rats, the hippocampus and hypothalamus in swelling, nervecells arrangedin disorder, glial cells were increased, capillary endotheLiaL cell swelling is severe, the rats of treatment group were improved to different degrees; Compared with the model group, the level of ACTH and CORT in serum decreased significantly, brain neurotransmitter5-HT, DA and NE were significantly decreased.ConcLusion:The epinephrine ice bath composite freezing method c an be successfully established the blood stasis due to cold accumulation and stagnation of the circuLation of vitaL energy rat model. Shenjiang suoyang yiqi tablets can regulate the abnormal changes of blood rheology of blood stasis due to cold accumuLation and stagnation of the circulation of vital energy rats,improve the blood stasis symptoms, hasobvious therapeutic effect on blood stasis due to cold accumulation and stagnation of the circulation of vital energy rats.The mechanism may be related to improve the blood vessels and microcirculation, regulation of oxygen free radical metabolism, regulat the permeability of blood brain barrier and the regulation of body temperature.
