Objective: The purposes of this study were:(1) to explore the influencedfactors of Autonomic dysfunction in PD patients;(2) to explore the sensitivitybetween Sympathetic Skin Response (SSR) and SCOPA-OUT in PD patients.Methods: Selecting71primary PD patients treated in First Hospital ofHebei Medical from October2011to October2013. By usingBasic-information questionnaire, Modified Hoehn and Yahr Stagingthe andUnified Parkinson Disease Rating Scale (UPDRS) to assessing PD patient’sbasic Information (including gender, age, educational level, etc), diseaseduration and severity of disease. The emotional status, cognitive and sleepsituation of PD patients assessed by Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA14),Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD24), Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE), Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MOCA), Pittsburgh sleep qualityindex (PQSI). By using the Scale for Outcomes in PD for AutonomicSymptoms (SCOPA-OUT) to evaluate patients Autonomic dysfunction, andusing SSR detect patients Autonomic dysfunction.In our study, according to their respective standards, these patients can bedivided into the following groups, such as Normal group (PD-N), mildcognitive dysfunction group (PD-MCI), Parkinson’s disease dementia group(PDD), anxiety group, depression group, sleep disorders group.
