Objectives To observe the rehabilitation effect of Forbrain cognitive training on the cognitive dysfunction and psychological problems of stroke patients,and to provide new nursing methods for the comprehensive rehabilitation of stroke patients.Methods The study subjects were select in Tangshan Rehabilitation Medical Center,from October 2015 to June 2016.A total of 120 cases stroke patients with cognitive dysfunction,anxiety and depression.According to a group of random number by Excel RAND function,the patients were given a number,divided into experimental group,control group and blank control group.The blank control group accepted conventional rehabilitation treatment and care.Rehabilitation therapy includes practice therapy(OT),physical therapy(PT),treatment time every day were 45 minutes;routine rehabilitation care,including daily life ability training,mobile,walking,communication,health education,psychological care,treatment time every day were 20 minutes;The control group was received non-standard Forbrain cognitive training on the basis of the blank control group.The experimental group was received Forbrain cognitive training.The training time of Forbrain cognitive training in experimental group and control group was 20 minutes,5 times a week for 10 weeks.Forbrain cognitive training is developed by the French Sound For Life scientists based on brain cognitive neuroscience,using dynamic human voice processing patented technology developed by the brain cognitive training equipment.It is the use of bone conduction technology from the self-speaking system for patients.The effect of intervention were assessed by Loewenstein Occupational Therapy Cognitive Assessment(LOTCA-?)and Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS).All elevations were taken at baseline and post-training Using the Excel software to establish data,after verification by SPSS17.0.Data between the three groups were compared using ANOVA,data before and after the intervention were compared using paired samples t-test,the count were used x~2 test,P<0.05 as the difference was statistically significant.Results 1 Effect of Forbrain cognitive training on the cognitive function of patients with stroke: 1)The comparing of three groups of patients before and after the interventional: There were no significant difference of the three groups before the treatment(P>0.05).The comparison of LOTCA-? difference score of three groups before and after the intervention,There were a significant increase of Visual Perception,Visuomotor Organization,Thinking Operations,Attention and Concentration and the LOTCA-? total scores compared with the three group(P<0.05);After intervention,experimental group in Visual Perception,Visuomotor Organization,Thinking Operations,Attention and Concentration and the LOTCA-? total scores the 5 items score of statistically increased,compared with the blank control group and control group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the scores of LOTCA-?between the control group and the blank control group(P>0.05).2)The comparing of three groups before and after intervention : After the intervention of the experimental group in Directional Force,Visual Perception,Motor Praxis,Visuomotor Organization,Thinking Operations,Attention and Concentration and the LOTCA-?total scores the 7 items score of statistically increased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After the intervention of the control group in Directional Force,Visual Perception,Motor Praxis,Visuomotor Organization and the LOTCA-? total scores the 5 items score of statistically increased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After the intervention of the blank control group in Directional Force,Visual Perception,Motor Praxis,Visuomotor Organization and the LOTCA-? total scores the 5 items score of statistically increased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Indicating that rehabilitation care can improve the patient's cognitive function.2 Effect of Forbrain cognitive training on the anxiety and depression of patients with stroke: 1)anxiety and depression scores in the three groups before the interventional comparing,the anxiety scores and depression scores has no significant difference(P>0.05).The comparison of HADS scores of three groups before and after the intervention,differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);After intervention,experimental group in anxiety scores and depression scores of statistically lower,compared with the blank control group and control group(P<0.05);After intervention,the control group in anxiety scores and depression scores of statistically lower,compared with the blank control group(P<0.05).2)The anxiety scores and depression scores of three groups before and after intervention comparing: After the intervention of the experimental group,the control group and the blank control group in anxiety and depression scores 2 items score of statistically were significantly lower,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions 1 Forbrain cognitive training could improve the cognitive function of patients with stroke,it may be used in the clinical.2 Forbrain brain cognitive training can also significantly improve post-stroke anxiety and depression,it may be used in the clinical.
