Objective and Significance:Using supplemented Gallbladder-Warming decoction and We-stern medicine treatment for Wind doping Phlegm-Heat syndrome of Cough Variant Ast-hma (CVA).Comparing the two methods in influencing patients’ major clinical symptoms and Leicester Cough Questionnaire (LCQ), and Observing the patients’ Total serum IgE and Sputum Eosinophils before and after therapy.Which has been provend that Wind dop-ing Phlegm-heat syndrome of CVA patients’ clinical efficacy can be improved by drinki-ng supplemented Gallbladder-Warming decoction. Acting to provide some scientific basis for this purpose in terms of improving patients’ airway inflammation. In order to facilitat-e the promotion of TCM in treating CVA, and help to do more further tests on CVA’ modern medical research.Research Methods:Using randomized controlled trial and selecting62patients.The patie-nt who is not only get Wind doping Phlegm-Heat syndrome of CVA,but also accord wi-th the study. The patients will be divided into two groups. One is experimental group, and the other is control group (31cases each). Experimental group received treatment with supplemented Gallbladder-Warming decoction, and the control group received treatment w-ith Seretide (50/250μ g), Both of them will be treated for2weeks. Evaluation of maj-or clinical symptoms and LCQ before and after treatment, detection Total Serum IgE,Spu-turn Eosinophils before and after treating.Using SPSS16.0statistical software to analysis date after finish collecting data.Results:1、The clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine:Comparison of total ef-ficiency of two groups did not reach statistical significance (P>0.05), But the two gro-ups were statistical significant differences in the efficient comparison (P<0.05).Indicating that treatment of the two groups were effective and efficient undifferentiated, but the effi-cacy of the Experimental group good than the Control group.2、The main symptoms of clinical grading total score and each individual points:The main symptoms total score’ di-fference was statistical different after treatment (P<0.05); After therapy, the main symp-toms of the individual points’ difference in throat itching, throat, thirst, Expect-oration were significant different (P<0.05), but day cough and night cough、chest tightness an-d shortness of breath were not significant different in the individual points’ difference. H-owever cough all day’ points’ difference (day and night cough) was significant different (P<0.05).Indicating that Compare with the Control group, Patients in the Experimental group whose itchy throat、throat、thirst、expectoration of symptoms can get better impro-ve.There is not different between the two grougs on the treatment of day cough or night cough, but the Experimental group has an advantage over the Control group in improvi-ng patients’ all day’ cough symptom.3、Leicester Cough Questionnaire (LCQ):After tre-atment, both groups have a statistical significant difference in the LCQ (P<0.05).4、T-otal serum IgE and Sputum Eosinophils:After therapy, both groups don’t have a statisti-cal significant difference in the Total serum IgE and Sputum Eosinophils (P>0.05)Conclusion:Traditional Chinese Medicine Supplemented Gallbladder-Warming decoction ha s definite effect in remedying Wind doping Phlegm-Heat syndrome of Cough Variant Ast-hma.It maybe through reducing patients’ airway inflammation,so as to reduce patient’ co-ugh and other symptoms.Improving the quality of life of patients at last.It is worth spre-ading and deeply researching.
