| Objective: To explore the feature of early hepatitis B cirrhosisTCM syndrome element, and the relationship between plasmaCTGF and PDGF, to provide a objective basis for the disease of TCM diagnosis, and also to provide a reference suggestionfor the disease prevention care.Methods:According to the TCM four diagnostic methods to collect164cases with early hepatitis B cirrhosis patient’s four diagnostic data,and at the same time,detection in patients with plasma concentration of CTGF, PDGF,adopt TCM syndrome differentiation methods,to analysis the feature of early hepatitis B cirrhosisTCM syndrome element, and the relationship between plasmaCTGF and PDGF.Results:1. Distributed feature of early hepatitis B cirrhosis syndrome element: The common disease location of early hepatitis B cirrhosis syndrome element liver, spleen, gallbladder, kidney, stomach, and the common characteristic of the nature of disease are dampness, heat, Qi stagnation, Yin deficiency, phlegm, Qi deficiency, Yang deficiency, blood stasis, Yang Kang, blood deficiency, the syndrome element classification are predominantly I, II.2. The relationship between early hepatitis B cirrhosis syndrome element and gender: On the syndrome element frequency, the male Yang deficiency syndrome element, a high frequency than female (P<0.05); On the syndrome element of integral, the male stomach, Qi stagnation, Qi deficiency, Yang deficiency, blood stasis, syndrome element score higher than female (P<0.05).3. The relationship between early hepatitis B cirrhosis syndrome element and age:On the syndrome element frequency, Qi deficiency and Yang deficiency syndrome element in the middle-age group high frequency is relatively young group (P<0.05). The relationship between early hepatitis B cirrhosis syndrome element and plasma CTGF and PDGF:CTGF for the risk factors of spleen, gallbladder, dampness syndrome element(OR values were1.598,1.567,2.797>1); PDGF for the risk factors of heat syndrome element (OR=1.134>1).Conclusions:1.liver and spleenare the primary diseases location of early hepatitis B cirrhosis. It is of significance to cure early hepatitis B cirrhosis from liver and spleen in clinical practice.2.The pathological changes of early hepatitis B cirrhosis is intermingled deficiency and excess, The realpathological changes are mainly to dampness, heat, Qi stagnation, phlegm, blood stasis, the virtual pathological changes are mainly to Yindeficiency, Qideficiency, Yang deficiency,Yang Kang,blood deficiency.3.Gender and agehas certain influence toearly hepatitis B cirrhosisTCM syndrome element.
