| Purpose:This task is designed to explore YiShengJieGu Granule Clinical efficacy of fracture of the distal radius in the elderly, to validate the clinical efficacy and safety of medication, clinical application and further research to lay the foundation.Methods:68cases of distal radius fractures of elderly patients were randomly divided into2groups, the experimental group34cases, the control group34cases, were given a manipulative reduction with external fixation by small splint after taking YiShengJieGu Granule and Department of Grammatology JieGu Tablet4weeks after stopping medicine. With before treatment and after treatment at1week,2weeks,4weeks of subjective symptoms, objective signs of change as observation indexes, two groups of patients with clinical effect were observed and compared, and monitoring of liver and renal function of safety index.Results:after4weeks of treatment, the treatment group compared with the control group, two kinds of medicine to improve clinical symptom and promote callus growth, the difference was not statistically significant (p>0.05). Conclusion:YiShengJieGu Granule and Department of Grammatology JieGu Tablet on distal radius fractures of elderly patients clinical symptoms improved and the healing of fractures have a certain effect. There is no difference between the treatment group and the control group in the overall efficacy. Two groups have found no adverse reactions. |
