OBJECTIVES:In2013, the third plenary session of eighteenth central committee held that to deepen the reform of education science and technology comprehensive field require to improve students’ aesthetic and cultural accomplishment and training, presented at the the42th article of the report. With the popularization of biology-psychology-society medical model, the functional nursing model of diseasecentric cannot meet the requirement of the morden medical system. The traditional nursing education mode which focusing on the technical training of nursing students has gradually involved into the comprehensive talent cultivation, demanding the higher nursing education must emphasize the humanistic quality education to cultivate comprehensive nursing talents under the new situation. Nursing educators of all kinds institutions have done a lot of work in curriculum reform, campus culture construction, innovation of teaching staff training, examination mode, but there is still lack of a systematic and comprehensive connotation of nursing humanities quality, that is to say, nursing college students shuoul possess which kind of humanistic quality.This study based on the literature survey, with the reference to the investigation report of humanistic quality Chinese citizens, exploring nursing students’ humanistic quality professional composition factors and laying the foundation for the level of humanistic quality nursing assessment, for providing a reference for Nursing Humanities Education strategy.SUBJECTS AND METHODS:Using the Delphi method, chooseing20experts who come from the different positions:the administrative management, the Department of Social Sciences, clinical nursing, nursing education and so on. On basis of consultation with experts in combination with the characteristics of the nursing profession make the consulting questionnaire. After two rounds of expert consultation, each round of modifications, discussion, inductive, statistical analysis, expert opinion is relatively concentrated,we find the constructing factors of professional humanistic nursing. Then the research conduct one questionnaire survey from the clinical and the school manager and students to obtain the evaluating data and analyse these materials by X2test and factor analyse with SPSS17.0. In the study,deseribing statisties was used to analyzed emographiee on stitution of experts. STATISTICAL RESULTS:The experts on the average degree of authority is0.7875, more than0.7,the results can be accepted. The KMO test is greater than the acceptable value0.7, inspection four aspects of human knowledge, humanism, humanistic spirit, humanistic methods are acceptable. Bartlett test of spherical Sig values were less than0.01, there is a correlation between each human quality grade three factors by factor analysis. Using method of component analysis to find6common factors, were explained as the social science knowledge, ethics, rational thinking, national consciousness, social roles, personal cognitive trend, the main elements which can represent the humanities quality. For determining the comprehensive and influence of the study, we conducted evaluation survey of students and management, through summarizing the results of data. From the comprehensive, acceptability, nursing education, for promoting their own learning,the obtained P values are greater than0.05, indicating no difference. Students and management cadres that constitute the system role professional humanistic nursing is consistent.CONCLUSION:1. The establishment of the nursing students’humanistie quality evaluationin system.In this study, using the method of literature survey, expert consultation, questionnaire investigation.We determine the description content of nursing humanistic quality, which could be divided into4entries of the first-level,9entries of secondary-level and26entries of third-level.2.The foundment of main factors to the nursing students’ humanistic quality professionalThrough the investigation to management and student cadres and the factor analysis method, this study extracted6main factors which can explain the overall structure.These6fcctors provide direction and clinical guidance, future nursing humanities teaching reform, students education.3. Both groups of management and student think that the system is comprehensive, acceptable and having a promoting effect on education.4. Suggestions and strategies on the quality education in the humanities education:we proposed four aspects of teaching concept and teaching content system, campus cultural activity system, social practice education system, education evaluation system suggestion.5. Suggestions for further study5.1Humanistic quality while still exists, in the future we will continue to carry out the study in this field, with the in-depth study, to take the final definition. 5.2These descriptive statement may change with the development of nursing education, nursing progress, descriptive statement is still need a constant revision.5.3The further sudy will break the limitations of the consulting expert selection, broader, more rationality.5.4The study on the composing of nursing humanistic quality is the first step and the key step of nursing humanities education. In the future researches, the study of nursing students’ humanistic quality evaluation methods and education system is an important part of the nursing education of humanities and need to nursing educators pay attention and put nursing humanities education into the right track.
